Crush bugs has treated my home for roaches, bugs, wood termites and subterranean termites for many years. Marcos is an excellent and trustworthy technician. When I call they send Marcos as soon as possible and my bug problems are fixed.

We have been using Crush Bugs services for approximately 5 yrs now. Our family found Crush Bugs while searching for a local company in Hollywood that provided termite extermination without tenting. We also utilize their Extermination services for mosquito, ant and bug. Marcos our service guy is amazing and is always polite and accommodating. The Customer service is awesome. I highly recommend Crush Bugs & especially Marcos. He was extremely thorough, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and fixed our bug problem.

The technicians where knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure they did an observation of all areas that were of major concern during the initial consultation. On the day of our scheduled visit the technician was on time and thorough with his placement of the chemicals needed to get rid of the pest problem.

Crush Bugs have been great! We’ve found termite dropping a few items over the year and every time we call they get us in right away. Marcos has come to our house every time and he’s been great. Educating us on what is going on and how to continue to keep an eye. Definitely recommend using them for preventative measures or if you’re having any pest issues!

We were VERY happy with how fast they responded (we were leaving town in a few days) and the great service both on the phone and in our home. Pricing was the best I had seen around. Being a family owned business (i.e. therefore great personal service so why call the big higher $$$ companies?) they will definitely be the company we call when/if needed again! UPDATE 5/11/2023: My apartment management has a contract with a well known pest company (T.N.) who has not been able to keep my (mostly just winter use) apartment termite free. So my Apt management said I "...need to remove all of my kitchen cabinets so they can see the walls" which would basically destroy them! But I called Crushed Bugs to find out this was not the case. Sure it cost me some money over the Apt's "free" service but Crushed Bugs does a MUCH more thorough and intensive treatment (the other service just uses a simple garden sprayer and hopes for the best) but Crushed Bugs drilled holes in the walls and used a hi pressure electric pump to spray a foaming insecticide into the walls. They also plan to come back in 30days and check on the Apt and if needed treat again. I sure wish my apartment had a contract with them!
