Lice Troopers Lice Removal & Lice Treatment

HORRIBLE! Do not go here unless you want to get half a thousand dollars charged for absolutely nothing. My daughter came in about a year ago and had about 11 lice in total. They were so unhygienic, ruined her hair, her hair was crisping off the way to home, the workers ( one) barely knew english and was so judgemental. They dont stop when you say it hurts when they dig the brush in the scalp, they do it harder. My daughter left crying with about 200 nits. ripoff completely for such a peeling disgusting stained room.

First and foremost, this was already addressed to the company. They took my information and prioritized addressing first that I couldn’t get my money back in which I never asked for in first place. They would forward to management and offer a discount upon return. As if I would be willing to return! This place is so dingy! Stains all over the walls and literally peeling. There is no uniformity with attire. The employees just have on regular clothes with no name badges. Unprofessional. The staff barley speaks English, so you don’t know if they understand you or not. Maria, who was doing the treatment , started to make negative comments not knowing I spoke Spanish. I addressed complaints to her about her attitude and how she was handling my daughter. She debates with me with an attitude asking another parent if she was rude to her. She proceeds to tell me she’ll need to return and it’s $95 for another treatment. I struggled to let her finish the treatment because of the need of the situation . All they want is money. They do not care about customer service as a whole nor do they care about their professionalism as a business. Find another resource if possible.

Beware of their tricky methods to extract more money out of you! Even if you have a membership, they won't give you a treatment unless a "visual screening" shows lice. If you want a comb out that's an extra $50 - nothing of this cost in the membership agreement. They deliberately omit it because they don't want to people to refrain from buying the membership. And if you don't have a membership - stay away, unless you want to shell a few hundred $$ per head.

The worst service I've ever experienced anywhere and I'm in the service industry so I understand difficulties As of now after paying alot of money so I'd be able to go to work..instead I've been screamed at by a tech whose over an hour late..first I was told because of traffic and rain, then she is lost. Would've used another service if I knew I could not count on them. Thanks to this extremely expensive service will now work another 12 hr shift all night with no sleep simply because I counted on them. DO not use this company they cannot be trusted to come through

Horrible, unprofessional, super not clean. I had lice for 2 months because they didn’t properly remove each one like they were supposed to. For a “professional” lice removal place, you would think that for the price also they at least know what they are doing. They don’t even clean their brushes they use the same ones to check the next person. Horrible and would HIGHLY not recommend

Took my 2 daughters there yesterday and spent $500 to have them treated and myself checked) Today (less than 24 hrs later) one of my girls found 2 live bugs in her hair and the other had eggs still present. Totally unsatisfied and DO NOT recommend this place at all. Going to call tomorrow and demand a full refund!!

I didn’t like the customer service at all . I spoke to a Female Manager who didn’t sound like she knew what she was talking about . Once I went to the clinic I got different answer from the Employees which made sense. I feel like the first hand customer service “line” should give the right information. I asked can I just spoke to the Clinic instead of who picks up the phone really cause it was some much confusing . Also , they’re always short staffed . Treatments take up at least an hour depending on the case just imagine one person there with five heads to do . Treat customers and Employees right !

Do not go here! We have a family of seven and they identified lice in three of us. We spent about FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS getting the three of us treated. I got retreated a week later and at that point they rechecked everyone and said we were all fine. So that should have been it, but to be sure I paid again for me and one of my daughters to be rechecked and they said there was nothing there. We did everything right at home, changing all the sheets, brushes, everything. So what happens? A week later and I see a million lice all over my daughter's hair, the one they had checked TWICE. We had another company come out and do a check on us (which was 80% cheaper and five times and thorough, I found out later other places are way cheaper) and what did they find? FOUR OF US STILL HAVE IT!!!! Including me, which they just checked days earlier. Including my daughter, who they treated and also checked twice, and my husband and another daughter. The person who came out said it definitely didn't develop this quickly. Obviously, the treatment didn't work and when they checked they missed it. After everything, we are not back at the beginning!!!! I am just horrified. There is no excuse for this sort of incompetence!!!!!!!! You completely messed things up for my family and cost us a fortune!!!

I came here with my daughter after a lice outbreak in school. I was told it was a 100% guarantee that neither myself nor my daughter would have lice when we left the salon. $429.00 later, we still had lice the same day and we had to find other ways to get the lice out. I tried calling the location and they told me I then had to pay more money to recheck and clean again. This is unbelievable, stealing money from customers. I filed a dispute with my CC company and spoke with the owner of Lice Troopers who assured me I would receive a refund. I am now being charged AGAIN for this service. A service that we did not receive. Do not come here!

I took my daughter in there once because they had a lice outbreak in her class. They want to check everyone in the house and encouraged me to pay $7.95 a month for a membership in case I needed to bring her in again in the next month before school ended. I then try to cancel and I'm told I am in a year contract the cancellation fee is more than the year of monthly payments. After several communications over the phone and some through email I now have a cancelled membership but paid SIXTEEN months of their ridiculous fee. Proceed with caution with a company that operates like this.
