Thorough inspection, found no issues.

We had several wasps around our garage and eventually found a nest near the roofline. Tom came out and inspected the area before starting the treatment. He took care of the nest and checked the surrounding areas for additional activity. He also explained what we should watch for over the following days. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The problem turned out to be raccoons nesting in the attic, and while the technician did a thorough job of securing entry points over two visits, I wish they had provided clearer instructions on how to prevent future issues.

The bats were roosting in our attic for about a month before they assessed and sealed the entry points, returning after two weeks to confirm there was no further activity. It took a few visits, but they were thorough and explained each step clearly.

Overall, the inspection was helpful, but clearer guidance on long-term management would have been appreciated.
