came home to find what i thought was a rat in the attic, turns out it was a family of raccoons and these guys got them all out humanely and cleaned up the mess. i have a reactive dog so i was nervous about them being around but the tech was super patient with my crazy pup and even gave him a treat, such a nice touch. i’ve been a customer for pest stuff before and they never disappoint, always reliable. really appreciate that they fixed the entry point too so no animals can get back in, feels good to have that peace of mind.

i called animal services to try to find help for a stray cat with a broken paw. i asked if there was anything animal services could do to help, and Alberto told me “if you want to help, you can take it to the vet because right now it seems like you want me to help.” 1. this was extremely unprofessional when i was asking for guidance on what to do about this situation 2. it was 10:30 pm and i already called the 24/7 emergency vet, who directed me to animal services. this was extremely unprofessional, and saddening to see someone who doesn’t care about animals, working with “animal services”. 0/10

Called 3 different places and this one answered me right away and came within an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Their service is 10/10!! The best! They were so quick to respond. I was walking in a park across from my place and noticed an iguana 🦎 stuck in the fence at the back of the park. I happened to notice the iguana even a few days earlier in the fence, but thought it was just resting there. Apparently, the iguana was just too big to squeeze through the opening of where it was going through. Long story short, when I saw the iguana was still alive, I called the Animal Control Ranger to come and free it. Which he did. I am so glad he freed the iguana. The park ranger was at the park within 15 minutes after I had called. Now that’s fast professional service. I highly recommend their services when rescuing animals in distress.
