I’ve known Gary with Tempco for almost 10 years now! Best in the business. What I like best about his service , not only does he show up on time, do the best job, has very reasonable pricing, but he treats your house like it’s his own house! You know he’s going in there, checking everything and taking care of the entire property as if it’s his own place. That’s all that I can ask from anybody working on my personal property. We have had Tempco's every two month pest control for almost ten years and have always been pleased with the service and results. Our guy is awesome, polite, professional and efficient. We had them come spray our house about a week ago and it has been nonstop with the pests. We have seen more spiders now( granted the guy said it wasn’t directly for spiders ) but it can’t just be a coincidence. We have noticed multiple flies trying to get in our home, we have killed over 50 now just inside the house. We have another wasps nest being built at the base of our roof where it meets the walls( outside ), and beetles are just hanging out outside the windows and doors. I called back to try and see if there is a resolution and was given a sales pitch as to how expensive and well there products Are which ended the conversation from my end. Whatever they did/ Do, doesn’t work I would not spend your hard earned money with these services, choose ANY other place…

When we first met on 9-24-21 we did discuss that our products take time to work, especially on all of the issues your are contending with. As you know, we offer additional interior services until the problem is “under control “ and out of your home, at no additional charge. We are sorry you wouldn’t give us the chance to continue to help protect your home. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Please be wary of providers who promise to solve your problems in one spray, We are never comfortable using harsh chemicals in a family’s home, your safety, health and well-being is too important.. I wanted a service that would take care of everything but Tempco failed to control weeds (crabgrass and others) in the yard only to explain that was not part of the contract. How is a new homeowner in Florida to know what problems can arise that are not covered in the service. Tempco is expensive (had quotes half as much) and not worth it. I am terminating the contract and going elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Stuart. We will do a better job in the future with educating customers regarding the additional investment required when crabgrass takes over St Augustine turf. Unfortunately, there isn't a reliable product in the residential market that can remedy crabgrass is St Augustine turf, this is the reason it is excluded on our agreements. We apologize if we let you down, we will be here when you need us in the future.

It's hard to say I've only seen the guy one time in 9 months, and he only sprays 10 feet out from the house, and I've asked a question several times what about the bugs next to the house and you never get a dignified answer, I do not spray during rainy season because it all ends up in the canal total waste of money and time.

I am satisfied with response to an issue but we have had two White Fly incidents in the past year that required a service call. I wish the regular service would prevent these since we're here seasonally.

I do apologize for the confusion, ficus white fly is a major issue for our subtropical climate that requires a more persistent insecticide in order to protect your investment. Every month my grass looks worse..bare spots, yellow places. Original Florida grass has been overtaken with other grass. All my neighbor’s yards look better.

Please see my full review on Yelp. While the staff were very friendly and responsive, I feel like their products are ineffective. Unable to get control of the whitefly and chili thrip infestations of my ficus hedge. Misdiagnosed problem with Sylvester Date Palms which is leading to the possibility of me having to have these beautiful and expensive Palm trees removed . I called repeatedly with concerns about these palms. Also having a problem with my turf grass coming up in clumps. Overall good customer service, but terrible products used.

Got the year deal on pest control and lawn care after tempco was recommended to us. Big mistake!!! After year the lawn is still cover with weeds. Worst service ever. Will not continue using them and not recommend to anyone!
