I've already informed them several times that watering times are Monday and Thursday. They're coming on Wednesday and expecting me to water. But I'm in Switzerland, not in CC. Furthermore, I've already called three times and left messages explaining that my plants are infected with fungus, and nobody is doing anything about it. And now they're sending me a bill. I paid for a year in advance, so what's going on?

Sean was here for 8 minutes. 12 to 15 spiders still in pool cage and it took him about 3 minutes to do a partial perimeter of the house spray. Definitely not happy, especially because it's the first visit. Not happy!

This company has left me no choice but to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and FTC.gov for attempting to charge my card without authorization. They have been trying to withdraw money from my account daily for almost a month, but fortunately, the transactions have been declined since I canceled my service. When I called to cancel, I clearly asked them to stop the automatic withdrawals, and I even recorded the call as proof. Despite that, they continue to attempt charges. Their work was extremely poor and unprofessional. The technician only spent about two minutes spraying my yard — it’s impossible to treat a property of my size in that amount of time. My grass never improved; instead, it got worse and was full of weeds. This company is disrespectful and dishonest, and I refuse to pay for a service that was never properly performed. This is my third review, and they still don’t care or take any responsibility. I truly hope this nightmare with Pest Bear ends soon
These people are scammers, said that they were going to treat my front and backyard, I have cameras all over my house, and I actually have a video footage of the guy jumping out of his truck, putting a steak in the ground and driving off,no pest control whatsoever and I canceled service three months ago yet they still try to charge me For services that they’re not even providing, I’ve reported to the Better Business Bureau and they’ve been trying to contact you if you put any of this on my credit report, I will be filing charges through the state Attorney General‘s office with an attorney.
We’ve been paying for this service for over a year, and our yard still looks terrible — full of weeds and nothing like what we were promised. To make matters worse, a sales rep even came to our door trying to sell us the service, not realizing we were already customers. That really says a lot about how bad our yard looks after a year of being under their care. We’ve tried calling multiple times, but only ever get voicemail, and no one has ever returned our calls. Extremely disappointed with the lack of results and customer service.

This company has been reported to the FTC and the Attorney General for credit card fraud and deceptive sales tactics. I highly recommend all other victims do the same to hold this company accountable. If they keep coming onto your property after you’ve canceled your services, call your local police department to get them trespassed. I was solicited by Pest Bear and was promised results. 6-9 months had gone by and my lawn looked worse so I had a manager come out and was told that they don’t use weed killer, instead they just fertilizer, which also fertilizes the weeds. So, they had just been feeding my weeds. I told them I no longer want lawn treatment. Next month comes around and I catch them in my yard doing lawn treatment, I explained to them that I fired them for lawn treatment. This happened 6 times over and over again with the next 2 months, I had to explain to every technician every time and they all told they me they would let the office know. I catch another technician trying to do lawn treatment a few days ago and I explained everything to him for the 7th time. The next morning they charged my credit card. This company is conducting business in an illegal manner and needs to be held accountable. On top of the illegal activity, they have terrible customer service. They show up whenever they feel like it and don’t even tell you. Pest Bear also offers compensation for people to leave positive reviews. The integrity and credibility of the entire company is compromised.

Would not recommend; horrible service - they solicited our house, which was fine and we bought into it. We were told they could get our lawn looking green and knew exactly what needed to be fixed + pest control. $75-150 per month. Paid for the service for months & months without any kind of improvement, whenever we reminded them of what we were told they told us oh well send out a manager and have it fixed right away. Even then, no improvement. We also paid for pest care with them… we’ve had more bugs inside our home than before we even hired the service. Not to mention they often show up unannounced, including 7am on Christmas Eve morning, and want to come in your house for treatment. If you say no, you weren’t prepared, too bad, you’re still charged. I don’t know what working person could accommodate that kind of unpredictable scheduling without notice. Don’t waste your money

Use to be good service. They changed my service tech and the new guy only did the front of the house. They than wanted to up my service to 8x/ year. I said no. 6x has been just fine. They than stopped texting saying they were coming out and would just show up e- 4 weeks later. Called and called again with no reply. Final straw was tech just showing up again without notice only 3 weeks after last treatment. I was home and it was raining pretty good in my area, the guy never got out of the vehicle, stuck a sign on the lawn just outside his door and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. USE TO BE VERY GOOD, SERVICE WENT DOWN HILL FAST. Website says 100% satisfaction, that's a joke !

This company gave false promises on services and results. We were told month after month by Joey (who said he was a manager but we were later told is just a salesmen) that they were going to get our yard fixed and install plugs. They never installed the plugs that were promised and our grass looks worse than when we started 8 months ago.
Used them for lawn service. After second application my lawn was destroyed. there were burn patterns all over the lawn from where they sprayed something. Manager came to look. said didn't know what caused it but would put some seed down. i texted him back three times asking when that would be done. never responded. Do not use these people.
