They came to do a full inspection the guy was here for 20 minutes and charged me an extra 50$ when I was due a 50$ discount They charged me 300$ and didn't find any of the gaps in the door seals that I found after they left There's no way you can do a full inspection in 20 minutes They rushed and didn't care to move things that were outside that my kids play on he just sprayed pesticides on everything I couldn't believe it. GOT WORSE. After the pest control came, we got more ants and I got an ant bite. Today ,Second time when the pest control guy came I asked him that, is it normal to get more ants after the pest control or something wrong. I have been extremely disappointed with my service with Orkin. The people who come have been friendly, but my service has been cancelled and rescheduled several times. There is no longer one person who has my route. I feel like they have not held up their part of the contract ! I will be cancelling as soon as my one year is up ! Again , this complaint is about main corporate and absolutely NOTHING to do with the technicians who come to my house. The technicians have been extremely kind and helpf
