They came to my door and talked about their service. I told them I already have a pest service but let me try yours and will decide if I wanna get it or not. They said okay and scheduled one service with them. After the service I called my current pest service company and got more details and decided to stay with mine and did not call Infinite Pest solutions. I noticed that I was charged this month an gave them a call to cancel it. They said if I cancel the first service I got was $249 but I got it for only $100. If I cancel it they will charge that difference,$149 and they will also not refund $60 monthly charge. They are lying at the door to just schedule the first service then they charge all those fees. They are all SCAMMERS. Also Maria on the phone was not helpful and rude.

We had you sign a service agreement showing that we gave you a $150 discount to sign up for a complete year of service. <br>I also see that we had our technician fill out a new customer checklist, going over the entire service expectations and pricing. In addition to that, Maria also spoke with you. <br>You told Maria that it was "too hot outside to remember anything."<br>This is clearly a situation where we did everything we could to explain things to you. <br>

we have the spider control . this eliminates them. but this company is very difficult to contact. The number at the top of the page is answering service. The answer said they no longer handle them. And the other phone number always goes to voice. I drive to this company address to see them.

This company did not show up for their scheduled service and when I did not want their service anymore because they didn’t show up.They informed me that I had signed a year long contract with them. When in fact I was assured that I would not be under a contract. Home Owner’s be on guard when these people come to your house.

The technition was rude very unhelpful and still have fleas so i know he didnt spray he was also done in less tgen 10 minutes .

They are easily reintroduced from neighboring properties, or by hitching a ride on animals. <br>We were very up front with you about the expectations of treating for fleas - we mentioned that it is likely going to need multiple treatments, and you refused to pay for the follow-up visits. <br>I can see the notes and timestamps for the technicians service, and confirmed by checking his GPS that he was there for much longer than 10 minutes. <br>We are happy to discuss further treatments on the phone.

I love this company. There is no one else I’d recommend more to keep your house bug free. Plus, they are downright honest. Doug P did an inspection before signing us up for a whole extermination process because we were so worried about what we thought were rat droppings. He thankfully reassured us that they were just lizard and gecko droppings after doing a full inspection for rats. The company was so fast to get out here and we so appreciated Doug’s thorough review of the place and honesty about what the issue was (and that we didn’t need a rat extermination plan) that it’ll keep us a loyal customer for many years to come. Thank you!

I want to share my experience with this company- 1) first you have to sign a year contract with them NO OTHER pest control company makes you sign a contract. If you are not satisfied with their service it is $150 to get out of the contract. 2) they have sprayed our home for a total of 3x's and still all the pest are still active. 3) they charge extra for the pest that you really need to get rid of from in your house and around your house. 4) customer service is terrible they do not listen and do not hold up to their agreement. I have used other companies such as ORKIN and they treat all pest and do a great job. I do not recommend this company. What the company said below- is completely FALSE- If you go with this company- they will never get rid of ANY type of pest. ORKIN came in and in ONE day the bugs were gone. 3 months of living with PEST with this company.

Hey Miguel, I wanted to address the issues you brought up in your review. <br><br>It looks like you signed up for a 1-year General Household Pest Control Service agreement, where we will treat for ants, spiders, palmettos, millipedes, and other crawling insects. We made sure to let you know that German Roaches were NOT covered in the GHP Service. When we showed up to service, we told you again that German roaches are a different service, and if you wanted that to be guaranteed, you would need to pay for that service, as it is a completely different service protocol. The Technician DID perform that free treatment for you for German Roaches, and told you if you wanted more treatments for those specifically, it would be extra. It is a completely different treatment type than our General Pest Control Service. You called in a month later, demanding we do ANOTHER free service for German Roaches, and threatened to leave a bad review if we didn't do free service for you. (Despite the fact that we already did the 1 free service for you and told you multiple times that this particular pest isn't covered)<br>It looks like we gave you a $150 discount to sign up for a 1-year General Household Pest Control service agreement. We do not lock anyone into a contract, but if you do want to cancel inside the first year, you are expected to pay back the discount you previously received. <br>So to sum up: we explained multiple times that German roaches are not included, but that ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, etc are covered. You mislead us from the beginning about what pests you had, you asked for free treatment multiple times, yelled at our office staff, and threatened us. <br>We went above and beyond what you paid us for, and finally drew the line after you called in yelling, threatening, and being downright rude. <br>While we always try to go above and beyond with exceptional customer service, we will not allow that type of treatment of our employees. <br><br><br><br><br><br>

We have had a terrible bug problem and thought we were going to have to move. Infinite pest Solution has been wonderful. Adrian was our first technician and was so great at helping us find access areas. Miles was our technician for our second treatment. He was so great at helping me understand the problem and how we can work together to get them under control. Miles made sure he didn’t leave until we went through the everything and I was comfortable with our plan moving forward. He did a thorough job at inspecting and application. Very satisfied with the attention to detail and care! I would highly recommend this company to anyone living in SWFL!

Exercise extreme caution in dealing with this company. First, their service doesn't work. I had more webs after servicing than before. Second, their customer service is nonexistent. Finallt, I paid $99 first month and $59 per month after. When I cancelled service, they advised thete is a $120 cancellation fee. Rip off!

I feel like I was scammed; they charged $125 for a simple inspection took them less than 30 min to have the whole area inspected. Call around I’m sure there is a more decently priced company; I was just desperate 😑

Our employees need to be paid, and as a business, we need to make money. We spend many hours every year training our technicians to have the proper expertise. <br>While you might say it only took us '30 minutes' to inspect, you aren't accounting for our expertise, nor drive time, gas, and any reports that need to be filled out. <br>Any Inspection fee you pay goes towards any treatment that you buy from us. <br>Also, for anyone reading this: We will do our best to Identify bugs if you email us a clear picture as well! (No Charge)

We used this Company for about a year and a half. I called and inquired about the pricing. I had multiple calls with a lady in the office and she offered to lower the rate and I decided to continue with the service. When I reviewed my credit card bill, I noticed that the amount being billed was the original charge. I called the office and was told someone would call me back. A man called me back and stated that the rate would not be changed. He stated that the woman I spoke with did not have the authority to change rates and he would not change the rate. I told him to cancel the service. He said he would cancel it. I guess he is more interested in finding new customers than maintaining current customers. We found a less expensive company with a very polite owner. We had been happy with the service provided in the past. I did not appreciate the tone he used or that what I was quoted was not honored. Get everything in writing.

With rising costs of gas, and our PPE costs tripling over the past year, we will not be able to stay in business if we do work for less than our cost.<br>I certainly appreciate your business for the past 1.5 years, and am glad you have found someone who is taking care of you.<br>We have implemented a change to document all changes in service, so that everything is in writing. Had a bad experience with them, I signed up with this company and usually payment is made after the service and when the service tech knocked my door and asked for the payment. I told them once you complete the service, I will make the payment and he said he can’t service until I make a payment. If this is how they treat a customer, I really don’t want to deal with them. Hope others have a better experience with them. Thanks for the response, i never went back on my words. I always said, i will pay after your service. Looks like you all dont trust your customers. That's fine.

You agreed to place a card on file when you went onto our secure portal to sign the service agreement.<br>Over 90% of our customers place a card on file, and almost all the rest pay for the year-in-full.<br>As a company, we have chosen to be as efficient and paperless as possible. This allows our technicians more Time to do what they do best, which is to perform a Quality Service.<br>We apologize for and assume responsibility for the miscommunication.
