Great customer service! They listen (and that mean the office people, and the technicians)!!! If you leave a message, they return calls! Professional and courteous from start to finish! The technician asked questions to help pinpoint the “entry” points on the house, and got the house lock down: Wonderful people! Wonderful company!!

Austin did a great job today! He was very personable and professional.

Tech walked around yard with me as I explained my concerns. He said he would take care of them. I felt better about neighbors weeds encroaching into my yard.

I called the office and asked for the technician to call me regarding treating Crab Grass in the yard. I did not get a call before or after treatment. I had previously sent an email but got no response. I think I need to find a new company for yard treatment.

After 6 months of service, my lawn has never looked this bad. Weeds continue to flourish, I have bare spots/ brown areas....Not a happy customer

Austin Maldonado does a great job - he asks if you have noticed anything he needs to be aware of and works hard to address your needs. There are many companies to work with, but you are really paying for great service in addition to proper treatment of your home. He does that for us.

Sean as always did a really good job. I noticed those white flowers starting and contacted Sun Pest prior to them coming out. They arrived and did a full yard and pest treatment. Thanks Sean - great job

I love Eduardo! He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk to me about my lawn or pest concerns and answers any questions or will find the answer for me immediately! What I also love is that he creates a plan for my lawn, plants and trees when they are stressed, have disease or pest to eradicate and Bring them back to a healthy state! Customer Service is a big deal and I love working with Eduardo, He is the best, And I hope you keep him happy so that I can continue to work with him! :-)

My old pest co was absorbed by a state-wide company, so I was looking for a local company to take care of the mystery pest leaving piles of sand in my house. Grant came out a few hours after calling him to ID my pest ("bighead ants"-- who knew?), evaluate the scope of the problem, and propose a treatment plan. He explained the treatment and estimate, and did not try to upsell me. They serviced my house immediately, which is shocking during season. Thank you, Grant, for quick, thorough and honest work!

Excellent service from Sun Pest Control and Taylor who performed the pest control service today. Sun Pest Control is really easy to deal with and speak to and their reliability is second to none.

This level of service is not acceptable. This condition did not develop overnight which means there are quality gaps in service and lack of ownership, either way, if this is not resolved I will have to take positive action. Keith
