Paul took care of a repeating raccoon attic break-in problem. He reassembled and reinforced the soffit entry points and all roof vents against large and smaller critters. He came on schedule, and his work was detailed and thorough. He returned days later to double check the strength of his reinforcements and to remove baited traps from the attic - which were empty. Success! I feel his charge was reasonable and recommend his animal exclusion service.

In a typical "I can do it cheaper, faster, and better myself" fashion: Having exhausted every off the shelf remedy (glue pads, baited traps, poison traps, electric traps, catch'n'release traps, etc), new mice just kept on entering the property, and I'm filled with deep appreciation for the professionalism that Paul demonstrated (and by extension Seal Em Out LLC embodies) and the results produced: Total of 7 adult and young mice caught after the first preventative treatment visit, and so far there do not appear to be new mice entering the property (verified by personal Blink cameras placed in the attic). First time in over a year It was possible to sleep through the night without waking up to the loud scratching in the attic. Thank you deeply!

We moved to a new home and flew in the evening. I needed a Costco desk assembled. I called Paul from a Google search. He immediately picked up the phone and even though he was busy the next day, he came at 7 am to assemble my desk. Excellent service, broke down the boxes and helped with few other things.
