Great service for over 10 years.

100% worthless! Called for a rental property that had a couple rodents and insects. 4 months later there is absolutely no change, still the same bugs and critters running around. They come back and place traps but nothing happens. THEY HAVE NEVER CAUGHT EVEN 1 MOUSE OR RAT! They've had snap and sticky traps ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER FOR 4 MONTHS AND NOT CAUGHT EVEN 1 THING! I PERSONALLY HAVE SET TRAPS AND CAUGHT THEM, WHY CAN'T THEY??? Pool cage full of crab spiders with nests and webs everywhere. I get complaint calls almost every week from this tenant. Now I have to call another company and pay again... They refuse to do anything in the attic and its just because their lazy. All my other properties have no issues and there are traps in the attic. To many other options to waste time with these worthless people...

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The buyer of my property contracted them to inspect for termites and in their report they provided images that were not from my house. There is no attic access, nor could there be due to the flat roof design, and yet they provided images of an attic infested with termites which clearly had a non-flat roof. They falsely claimed an infestation with these images in the report. This is a corrupt company that I will report to the better business bureau.

People driving these trucks are so dangerous. They speed and make illegal turns and have no regard for other vehicles.

On January 25th , Kyle came out to treat our lawn for pests, he did a excellent job, explained the process to my wife and I, he was very polite and courteous, Reliable Pest Control has a new customer.Thank You Mark!

horrible representation of the company by the way they drive

Was a good company initially when they tented my house. I have renewed my "Termite Warranty" promptly every year but forgot last year with Hurricane Ian. I called this year when I remembered to see if I can pay and make up for last year and pick back up again now (my home is located on Fort Myers Beach) and they would not offer any considerations. I figured a local company should be more understanding about the difficult year we just went through.

Mark with Reliable pest control saved us $28,000. When 4 other pest companies told us we would have to fumigate the entire house, due to powder post beetles that came in a piece of furniture. Mark said to remove the piece of furniture and vacuum the room well. If we wanted to be extra cautious we could fumigate the other furniture pieces. Which we did with him. We haven’t had a problem since.

Excellent service

No one looks forward to having their home fumigated, but i felt i was in good hands with Reliable. And, I was! Joshua told me what to expect, gave me thorough on directions to prepare. The time table went exactly as it was supposed to. Thank you.

Disrespectful and unexcusable behavior by their drivers. A horrible representation of this company

Reliable Pest Control drivers are dangerous. When the driver nearly hits me in a crosswalk it just shows that driver is not paying attention. If the driver is that inattentive while driving do you really want that driver to spray toxic chemicals around your home?

Called and scheduled to have someone come out due to an ant infestation. They never showed or called. When I called, they had absolutely no record. Talk about wasting time. Will never call them again.

After the fumigation was completed and I re-enter the property, several items are missing and of course they make you sign off that they are not responsible for theft or damage. Nothing like giving free and open access to your life. It's impossible to remove everything prior to the tenting.
