Dishonest company. I advised them to stop service and they charged me $120 for an additional month. I will pay it just so they will stop harassing me. I hardly ever leave reviews, but want consumers to beware. I will report this to DBPR.

Hello, Ally,<br>Thank you for your review.<br>A one year service agreement was signed by you in May 2024 for services to be done on a quarterly (May, August, November, February ) basis at the mutually agreed cost per service.<br>Initial service was done in May, which you paid. The second quarterly service was done in August as per the schedule, which was not paid until November.<br>We sent several messages about the past due balance. We eventually received a voicemail informing us you will pay and after your November service, you wish to cancel.<br>That is the past due balance, for the November service we contacted you about.<br>One of our company’s core value is to treat everyone with Honesty, Fairness and Integrity and that is what we do for all our clients.<br>It is sad and unfortunate that someone would choose to put labels and besmirch the reputation of a company, when that person fails to live up to the terms of a service agreement and their financial obligations!!
