Perfection Lawn & Pest Control

The crew from Perfection have done a great job providing lawn, plant and pesticide maintenance for us. Neighbors have asked on numerous occasions who we use because our landscaping looks so great. They were even able to nurture some trees and plants back to health after the hurricanes in 24.

Excellent professional service!!! Showed up next day and identified problem with lawn was chinch bugs. Previous company said it was watering too much. Than it was watering too little and finally it was the landscapers fault with his mower. So far, very happy with service. Staff has 20+ years experience and it shows.Highly recommend this company!

We have had Perfection Lawn & Pest Control for several years. Overall our lawn looks very nice thanks, in part, to their efforts. Our Service Tech, Doug, is very friendly and lets us know when he will be out to service our lawn. The office staff is also very friendly. Their pricing is competitive. We would recommend them.

They never get rid of my weeds or tell me why I have large bare spots in my yard. No comments… I just get a sign in the yard and a bill for $105.00 and I still have weeds. I’m so disappointed. My neighbor also uses them and is coming home soon and his yard is a major mess. Im so sorry for when he comes home and sees his yard.

Hired Perfection 7/3/24 after Matt came out, viewed the lawn, commented it was in "really good condition" and was sent the agreement for fertilizer/pest control for lawn, trees & shrubs. They came out for the 1st application of all ($345) within a week. Later in July I noticed some brown spots appearing on my otherwise perfect lawn. Called and they sent someone out who said you have chinch bugs. He sprayed (another $115 charge) and came back a week later for the same but by then it was too late. I've since spent more $s on white sand to try and encourage growth on the bare spots which has since washed away from the last storms. Matt would not return my phone call to discuss, so we cancelled their service.

I have had this company for about 2 years! My complaint is that they raised their service price & didn’t notify me! I refused to pay the the new amount because I was not notified & I could refuse the price increase. It’s not the money, it the principle. They can’t raise their prices without notifying me first! They refuse to acknowledge this so I will find a company that will be more honest with me about their service. That’s not a way to run a Professional business!

When we started 2 years ago, the lawn looks great. Now, we have dead plants that no one has addressed and weeds throughout our lawn. I agree with the review below that there has been more time in between treatments where we have had to call.

Supposed to treat my lawn every two months. Each time they come later and later. Out of an anticipated Schedule on the 4th of the month. They serviced on the 8th of the month. Not a problem. Now two months later I called on the 12th, left a voice mail. Called again on the 16th. Debbie said that she called me which was not true. After voicing my concerns she said that my expectations were to high. That there is NO GUARANTEE OF A TIME SCHEDULE. And this is after I paid them. $200.00. I asked for a refund since I cannot rely on them and all she did was argue with me. Debbie said I'm expecting to much from them. Needless to day I am looking for a more reliable company. The pictures attached are weeds and hitchhikers that are taking over my lawn and a picture of them on my socks as I walked through my lawn to take the pictures. Yeah I guess my expectations of a weed free lawn are way to high.

Not happy...sorry... when common areas grass in my complex look better than my lawn....somethings wrong.... after 1 and a half years of service....NG... moving on.... good luck

While we were out of town for an extended period of time, we entrusted our lawn for fertilizer, weed and pest control. This resulted in half of the lawn being lost to cinch bugs. There was no mention of any pests on the invoices and no treatment was done for pests, no attempts were made to contact us via email or phone that our lawn was looking worse and worse each time they came to do a treatment.. We have had to re-sod on-half of our lawn due to this dereliction of services. When contacted, the company blamed the problems on lack of water management and took no responsibility for the lack of pest control. We do not recommend this company.
