I have had this company 2+ years, I would not change at even a lower price. My home is 100 years old, No foundation, and with there service humans and dogs only reside here. Thanks Mike as always another great job on time in and out in under 20 min. With time to say hi to TANK. If my dog could review him he would get 5 Stars from him too.

OMG ! This company commercialize on your pain try to sell subscriptions that dont actually fix problems !! I don’t know where to start ! We’ve hired this company for the past five months to get rid of a pest ! They were trying so hard to sell us on the green eco-friendly product that never worked. We ended up with worst problem. They collect their subscription each month don’t bother to check on progress until we complain. The salesman insisted we need to permanently Keep the ongoing subscription to be able to eventually get rid of the pests. In our case, it was a complete scam. ! Here’s the worst part we’ve asked for a refund and cancellation of services every month. THEY LIE Yes, they lied every time ! Lied about canceling lied about refund as well. We never received anything from them ! Highly NOT recommended !!

The property I manage had a termite contract with them and we had to cancel due to their insurance. When they came to pull the termite bait stations they left all their bait stations in trash bags behind the compactor and did not dispose of them properly. They left their garbage on our property and illegally dumped. I don't feel like this is a good business model.

I called and got maybe 2 sentences out. Told them I’m having issues with mice and raccoons. Lady told me “ we don’t deal with raccoons I can give you a number” after I declined she hung up without answering any other questions and no hesitation while I was talking

Bought new home and per FL law termite protection in place when I closed. A year later I was contacted to continue treatment but ignored mail and home solicitors because I didn’t want the service. ( Had this type of treatment at ANOTHER home and DIFFERENT company and was sorely ineffective in stopping infestation and had 2 home repairs over it.) Discovered one day all stations removed and holes left behind unfilled .One would suppose the builder paid for initial installation and treatment and then passed the cost on to me the buyer. One would also think these plastic traps were included in the cost and frankly after a year of use and wear were not suitable for further retail. No way to be sure of the original agreement since I didn’t handle it. Lastly I received billing after all this and had to call them and remind them I’m not a client.
