Beware-I would not recommend this company! I am still waiting for a refund to no avail. I was given a quote for servicing my palm tree, I paid the entire invoice upon receipt. It’s been almost a month-zero returned calls or refund. The company will not take my calls.. Thus, I plan on filing a formal complaint through the Florida Regulators. And, I will have to take them to small claims court. I am so glad I decided to contract a more reputable company for my other main project-new landscape design.

Great installation of rocks and landscaping. Strong attention to detail, and cleaned up work areas.

The Landscape Pros team did a fantastic job designing and planting a privacy fence of Clusia Shrubs and added Crotons for color. They worked with us through the HOA approval process providing the detail and follow through we needed to get the project approved. They completed the project on the date that was promised. The pricing was competitive especially for a full service landscape company that provides professional design and irrigation services. If you want the peace of mind to know that the landscaping job will be completed as promised then this is the company that you should strongly consider. Shout out to Jim, Rita and Otis and the whole Landscape Pros Team.

I contacted Landscape Pros Management to help me with a small project of removing plants from the verge area of the yard, replacing the drip irrigation with sprinkler heads and laying sod. Paul was out to the house within days, provided a reasonable bid within 48hrs and performed the work within a week. And the work exceeded my expectations. They even straightened a tree whose supports had collapsed and replaced the supports. Anyone in the Babcock Ranch area needing a similar project I would highly recommend them!

I got an excellent front yard review and consultation. No followup after receiving an estimate. Very surprised.

What a thrill it was to find this company and have them willing to help me out with some landscaping. I have been watching this company work in this new neighborhood for over a year now I believe and have been so impressed with their work ethic. I was going to approach the workers but decided to call the company so I could let them know how great their workers are and to see if they could help me out. I spoke with Rita, and she was wonderful. A class act. So pleasant and helpful. I explained what I needed done and then she went and offered even more help to me as I am a widow, on my own and can't do the work I was able to do with my husband. Another amazing job by Landscape Pros. Landscape Pros is the go to company when looking for quality work at a good price. Jim and the team are easy to work with and respond promptly to calls. The crew removed trees, installed trees, and installed mulch in plant beds. They also created a design and installed plants around our recently installed pool. This has been my company of choice for years and I will continue to use them for any landscaping needs in the future. Other neighbors in our gated community also use them to fix problems when our contracted company falls short.

The guys did an amazing job on our property! Everything looks amazing and they were so great to work with!! I highly recommend them!!!

I am in crescent Lakes in Babcock Ranch and this company is, by far, the worst of any company in any hoa we have lived in! They haven't followed their contract and Meritage isn't holding them accountable. They don't weed, they dont trim any plants, they dont mow on the set schedule and when they don't, they miss half of the yard, they are pure lazy! The owner has been contacted by many residents in our community and they have stated he is not at all receptive to any comments and makes excuses. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I can tell you that when the residents take over they will be the first to go!!

This company has the best workers I've ever experienced! The Foreman or job site manager is the most responsive individual . Because of Rita and her family running this business,I now know that I made the right choice for all my irrigation needs!

Landscape Pros does the maintenance at my community and the team not only does an excellent job, they are also very professional. We are impressed by the good communication and follow through by the entire team.

I am extremely disappointed with the landscaping services provided by Landscape Pros. The work completed was of shockingly poor quality and completely failed to meet basic standards of landscaping. •My yard is never mowed properly, and the edging is poorly done and left incomplete. •There is a complete lack of communication and follow-through, leaving me to feel completely ignored. The level of service is unacceptable, and the work is shoddy at best. I expected professionalism, but instead, I’ve been left with an incomplete and unkempt yard. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Avoid at all costs.

Called the office regarding issue with a zone not working properly. Next morning, crew arrived, fixed a leaking head and checked the system to make sure no other issues were around. Neat & efficient.

Landscape Pros they completely transformed a neglected space into a stunning oasis with beautiful plantings. The company have professionals crews and they are very punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch landscaping services.

I called Landscape Pros and spoke to the owner Jim after the landscaping at our home had suffered flood and wind damage from the hurricane. Jim’s team made some suggestions to run the irrigation to flush out the roots to salvage some of the plant material that may still have a chance to make it. Then Jim provided a smart plan To replace Plants and trees that didn’t make it with plants and trees That would be more salt, tolerant, and resilient in case in case a similar storm situation occurred. The best part is when the team came to do the install they were very careful in excavating and planting around the existing irrigation. Carefully making sure that everything that was installed, had proper irrigation and added some soil amendments. After planting, they tested the irrigation, which made me very happy. And then finished with the mulch application, making everything look great again.. The install Team members were very professional and took an interest to make sure that I was happy With the install as it was happening. The final part is that they did a nice job cleaning up the property before leaving. So hard to find good services these days. So I thought I’d take the time and give props To Jim and his team for a job well done.

Update: got our check back today, 1 month after I was told the check would be mailed. Do yourself a favor, don’t make the mistake I did when I hired this company. I paid a 50% 1,500 deposit back in APRIL to replace my broken sprinkler system. I had to call for 3 weeks to get an update on when they were going to come out and complete the job. They filed for a permit, which delayed the process, when I did not need a permit due to having an existing system. I called again to tell them that we do not need the permit, then their equipment broke and pushed the job back another week. I started to get leery of the company and call for other quotes. I found a company that does not require a deposit and was half the price. I have called 3x now to get my refund of my deposit, they say the checks in the mail, when I spoke with Rita today she didn’t know if a check had been sent because she was out of town and sick. I understand that sometimes things come up, but your computer should be able to tell me if the refund was issued and professionals COMMUNICATE with their customers. It’s the end of July and I have yet to receive the money they have been holding hostage.
