Juniper landscaping is horrible. I called to discuss the fact that they never put treatment flags in our yard in my community. They did a treatment in my yard apparently without me knowing. I have a senior dog, which is already very susceptible to illness and because they did not put a flag in my yard, my dog ended up getting the chemicals on her paws and she got very sick. I took her to the vet, and they confirmed that it indeed was the chemicals that the landscapers have been using in the grass that has made her sick. Hundreds of dollars later and three weeks later I am still trying to get my dog back to a healthy state. I called the company and left a message to talk to Andrew and he did not call me back. He did reply with a snarky email telling me that his chemicals are not responsible for making my pet ill. If that’s so, then why would you even need to put flags in the yard if your chemicals aren’t harmful, Andrew? I had to write a review here because he already opened and closed my ticket without me being able to ask questions or have any response at all. Stay away from Juniper landscaping .. especially if you have a pet that you care about

This company is horrible! I bought a new house and I have been trying to get my lawn fixed due to sprinklers pipes breaking and it leaving holes in my lawn. I spoke with Brennan last week and was told my lawn would be fixed on Monday and today is Thursday still nothing. I tried reaching Brennan the account manager and Anthony Jenka the regional with no response. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be out of business.

Unless you want multiple items damaged, go with another company. I’ve had to replace multiple broken items: two hoses (that were wrapped against the wall), 4 sets of solar lights on posts (can’t miss them not even in the grass), a 50ft extension cord, and two sets of Christmas lights that were destroyed by the landscaping crew. They have zero awareness for anything that you own. Then when you submit a damage claim, they take almost a month to even answer you. They almost killed the shrubs we have in the backyard and we had to put ‘Do not trim’ signs up that are in English and Spanish. The refusal to put signs up after they spray pesticides is ridiculous!! My dog has gotten sick multiple times and they only put ‘keep off grass’ signs two days later! They have also almost ran me and my dog over when we are in our own yard and have the audacity to get mad at me for being on my own property. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Terrible employees with terrible customer service!!!

A lunatic Juniper driver (plate # 10DTRC / truck # 59571) intentionally tried to run me and my 3 kids off the road this morning at 6 AM. As a teacher who has lost 2 students to car accidents in the last 3 weeks, nut jobs like this Juniper driver need to be taken off the road in the interest of public safety.

Responded to Resident request with in 24 Hours. Very nice job by Employee assigned Ticket. Front Garden looks great. The entire Community looks Fantastic. Thanks to everyone.

Steer clear of this awful company!!! If I could leave NO stars I would. I bought a new home in Babcock Ranch and the HOA uses Juniper for our lawn care. The service is terrible at best. They cut the grass, but only partly trim and leave more than half the trim untouched. Then they trim the bark in the landscaping. Yes, the bark and it flies onto the windows and house. When I complain they promise to send someone out to complete the job but they never show. Weeds are everywhere but they just leave them. Terrible service!!

Can I give zero stars? We had a french drain installed by Juniper for $750 in 2024 to mitigate runoff issues from our pool. Since then, they have replaced the sod 3 times. Now the sod is dead again and the runoff creates a mini-pond behind our Lanai. Juniper has not responded to multiple requests to address this.

If I could give zero, I would. I paid them to install bushes and they collected my money and ran. I have called and emailed for three weeks. I’m always told someone will reach out.. nope nothing. Now I am getting an attorney. Theft is not a good way to do business.

Our community went from Greenscapes to Juniper. Greenscapes was absolutely awful and it was a breath of fresh air to have Juniper..during the honeymoon phase. After about 6 months in, Juniper started dropping the ball. While they're still leaps above Greenscapes, they leave a lot to be desired. Brennan absolutely refuses to admit to his or his crew's mistakes and will (try to) gaslight you. Brennen...I get it, the job is hard and dealing with HOA's must absolutely suck, but if you screwed up... Deal with it, it's not a big deal.

I would give him a 0 if I could. Careless, destroyed my back lanai and front yard bushes with no accountability. I submitted pictures of the back lanai bushes before and after and with no shame, Juniper blamed it on us and Mother Nature. Please avoid them like the plague. Dishonest and lousy work.

Juniper did not come back when paid ! They took our community’s money and never finished work that they had already been paid. Consumer beware!!

Special thanks to Tony at Juniper! Our property backs up to Esplanade’s golf course cart path. The dead tree and overgrowth was out of control. One day later everything was trimmed. Many thanks Tony!!

Terrible customer service. Lawn irrigation was broken and flooded the yard. I was told by the customer service representative they would look into it in 48 to 72 hours. When I again explained it was an emergency flooding situation, she said she would see if they could get someone out sooner. No one ever came out or contacted me. They also killed large areas of the lawn with round-ups and missed all the weeds in the beds.

Our River Hall CC HOA contracted with Juniper to care for our landscape. Our grass is dead and weed infested. We requested service, grass type and total cost to replace. Its been over 60 days with little to no action. Customer service, landscape care and follow through is horrible. Avoid Juniper Landscaping.

This is from a review I posted on the Orlando review page. Maybe someone at Corporate might read this and get everyone in our neighborhood some action...it is quite unprofessional and irresponsible. 9/8 - Still no communication from Juniper; I've attached photos so it's more of hard facts...pictures don't lie. 8/31 updated - STILL WAITING. How bad is Juniper??? Stay away from them; they are not professional and, evidently, very disorganized or in financial trouble if they can't buy new sod or hire enough workers to take care of their customers. Just my thoughts being a Controller/CPA. 8/12 Update - An operations manager and account manager came by 2-3 weeks ago - promised everything would be taken care of and replace our dead grass. A few days later than they promised, a subcontractor came and tore up the old grass/areas that needed to be replaced. The account manager TWICE made specific promises that the sod would be replaced on a given day - it's been two more weeks, and NOTHING has been done. They don't even deserve one star. Our HOA has been using them for a few years, and everything that was once new and nice is dead and gone. Management doesn't seem to care about making any improvements. They either don't train their employees, or they are always hiring incompetent ones. If you use Juniper, BEWARE. Response to owner - if you mean the MULTIPLE tickets and follow-ups that I've sent in via the Juniper Cares system? NO LUCK in getting any responses or solutions. The pictures below are from our lawn, which has gone several weeks without being mowed...and being promised at one point "they will be out there by the end of the day"...and that was last week...still no response even though they seem to be working on other areas of the neighborhood.

Horrible company and their drivers are wreck less and irresponsible. My vehicle was at the weston regional parking. I went to play pickle ball. When I got back my vehicle was crashed by one of the Juniper trucks. The driver hit me with the back of the trailer. Couldn’t fit the big truck and trailer through a spot he couldn’t with such a heavy load. He backed up to fix his angle and when he drove off almost took the whole front of my truck off. I have a witness but because we didn’t get a license or see inside it’s inconclusive. I check the only trailer there that day and the driver didn’t want to confess. I guess they have them trained for issues like this. The collision police couldn’t do anything as well. His co worker spoke Spanish and when he heard me speaking Spanish he approached me. He said his co worker did the damages but I couldn’t tell the policeman because he was afraid of loosing his job. That didn’t help and made things worst. After months of sending the Weston city for help. Juniper contacts me and in 2 seconds says they aren’t responsible. This is my new truck and I work hard for my things. The damages are over 2k. Very disappointed and can’t believe they got away with this. Beware of this company because they don’t take responsibility for their actions. Juniper should be responsible and pay for my damages.

Juniper is the WORST landscaping company in the SWFL area, period! This company is a complete joke, and is the reason why our community fired them and hired a much better company to take care of us. Attached are some photos of what this company will do to your yards, they are just a fraction of what this nightmare of a company did to our community. They will recklessly drive over your gutters, AC units, bushes. They never cut the grass evenly, and they don't know what an edger is or how to use one. Doesn't matter when you submit multiple tickets on their "Juniper Doesn't-Cares" website, they always blame the developer for everything they do. Sorry, but Lennar did not run over our gutters and knock our AC units around! Take it from a fellow Timber Creek resident, our community celebrated when they were finally thrown out of our development! Do not hire this company, they are nothing but a bunch of clowns.

Juniper is by far the worst landscape company in SW Florida. They take 0 pride in the services they provide. They have cut multiple communication lines in our community. I have asked for the pst several months to have my irrigation lines covered any they have failed to do so. Our community is extremely disappointed in the “services” they provide. The employees leave trash in our yards. We found chicken bones and water bottles in our front yard next to edging blades. I would not recommend Juniper to anyone.
