We have no relationship with this company but an employee came onto our property three times one morning, and then proceeded to start cleaning the ceiling in front of the door. When my wife confronted him through the door he stated he was there to perform services. She let him know we were not a customer and to leave, and he insisted that she open the door. Not knowing who he was, she asked him to leave. Only after stating that "my husband will talk to you through the camera" did he leave, but upon exiting the driveway he purposefully spun his back tires, putting two deep holes into the shell driveway that will require resurfacing to fix. I contacted the company and spoke to the manager letting him know about the incident and that I had it on video. He stated he would call back after speaking to the employee in question, but 4 days later I have received no response. Updated 09/09/2025: I leaned that this local company was sold to PurCor, a subsidiary of Certus Pest, Inc. on August 12th, 2025. I spoke with the CEO of Certus, David Bradford, twice on August 20th. During the first call he seemed to take responsibility for the incident and assured me it would be taken care of. During the second call Mr. Bradford threatened to send two people to my house, and that if I didn't allow his employees to repair the damage, he would make sure the neither he or his insurance company would cover the damages.

Sean, the GM, was very willing and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They always do a great job. One time I called about 2 new ant hills by our cage and they came out the next day to take care of them

Absolutely love this company and their perfect customer service. We have zero issues with critters because of them. If for some reason something comes up, they come out immediately to eradicate it. Highly recommend this business!

This companies work and employees have been great. We have been a client for some time and they always respond whenever needed, always professional. They do a great job around our pool cage area. Pete was fantastic!! He took the time to explain different ways to keep my home safe and pest free. He explained what was being used inside my house vs outside and why it matters. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my specific concerns and took the extra time to double check places that could create issues later (i.e. unused closets or an unused faucet). Honestly I cannot recommend enough and I feel like my home is in the best position it can be to remain pest free.
