I had a great experience with Rat Control of Florida. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem and how to fix it. They were prompt, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail they didn’t just treat the issue, they helped prevent it from happening again. We called Rat Control of Florida after dealing with recurring rat issues over the past couple of years. Although we had managed to trap a few ourselves, we could never figure out where they were getting in. From the very first phone call, Rob was incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explained his process, what he looks for, and all pricing upfront, which we really appreciated. When he came out, Rob did a very thorough walk of our property before heading into our “attic” — and I use that term loosely because it’s extremely small and cramped. Despite that, he climbed all the way across the house to track down the problem. He used smoke through the sewer pipes to help identify potential entry points. His attention to detail and willingness to do the hard work made a huge difference. We finally feel like we have real answers after years of guessing. Highly recommend Rat Control of Florida and Rob for anyone dealing with persistent rodent issues.

Was very professional, on time, thorough, and did a great inspection, as he had cameras to be able to visualize and see in between holes and cracks. He gave me great advice and let me know that it was a building problem and not necessarily an apartment problem, and what to look for in the lease under pest control to talk to the leasing office/property manager. Sent me a receipt along with pictures to be able to show to my leasing office/property manager. Etc. Thank you so much! Wish I would have found you sooner so I wouldn’t have had to endure this issue for most of my stay here in this apartment.

Robert is a true professional. Service was quick and efficient as promised. His communication was also on point, he fell sick the night before our appointment but called me ahead of time to apologize and reschedule. Called me again the prior evening to confirm. Again, a true professional and I would highly recommend his services.

If you have a Rat problem there’s no better company to solve that problem. If you’re looking for a free quote or free inspection don’t count on it. If they’re coming out it’s because they’re going to go get the job done not waste time on free inspections. I’ve called multiple pest control companies and have been had the house tented and no one could fix the problem. I’ve had companies tell me we’ll close up all access to the house which was a lie they were just blocking off random areas not even where the rats were coming in from and we’re gonna place traps in your attic and you’ll have a 1 year warranty? For what? First of all that’s not even where I heard the rats and why would I want a pest control company to keep coming back. The best service would be one time and done never have to come back again. When Robert came he quickly and efficiently identified the problem cut the wall open, fixed the sewer pipe, and performed a smoke test. The problem that I have been dealing with for the last 10 years and thousands of dollars wasted was solved on a Saturday morning before noon.

Very fast service! We spoke to Rob about removing a dead mouse that we smelled in our house and he was over in an hour. Thankfully he found it very quickly and removed it. We first thought it was stuck in a wall and would have to cut it out and fortunately, that was not the case. I was very happy with the expertise and prompt service. I would definitely recommend and call Rob again if we need to!

Awesome experience, i had been dealing with rodents in a new home for months and could not find out how they got in my house. Within 30 minutes he had found the point of entry from a broken pipe between my walls. I would recommend to anyone who needs rodents taken care of!

The owner Bob came out 2 hours after I called him on a Sunday! He was knowledgeable and professional. We had been trying to solve our rat problem for months with another company. Within the hour he had diagnosed the source of how they were getting into the house. Same day help, honest business owner, thoroughly checked my home and all of the outside area. He solved the problem at a good value. He identified a couple of holes causing a problem, sealed them and set rodent traps (just in case it’s was noises I heard, he didn’t find any evidence). My pest guy gave me a ridiculous price without even asking to come out and check the problem first. AND quoted $175 for coming out to remove pests. Crazy. This is my new pest control guy. Call this guy. 100% recommend.

It’s not often you encounter business owners with integrity, but that is exactly what you get with Robert. He came because we had been hearing scratching above our master bath. He did a thorough inspection of the house and noticed a spot in the where they have have access thru a bad spot in the roof over the back porch. Sure enough. Got the roof fixed and the activity in the attic stopped. No need for baiting and poisons. I would recommend Robert for anyone having possible rodent issues.

Rob is very professional and explains a lot regarding how rats could go inside the attic. And he also used his thermal imaging to check the wall. I would put, "Minus Star" if I could. First, it started with nice customer service over the phone. When Robert Kirchgraber called he started to show the attitude of why I can not change the appointment time to the afternoon after I told him that I have a bobcat coming and I am busy with the bobcat representative he stated that "I wanted to accommodate this time for everybody” Well, I don't know who is this everybody if not him he while insisting on changing the afternoon time to morning time while I was not available and it was inconvenient to me. He also reminded me that I am getting a “free” estimate leading to “ I should be more flexible”. Well, he showed up in the afternoon and started to ask all the questions with a suspicious and hypercritical tone and showed an extremely negative attitude. At this time I felt like I made a crime, and he is a police officer. I would not be surprised if he would ask for my driver's license and told me that it is not mine. Next, Instead of doing his job and properly communicating with the customer, he chased the bobcat driver, made him stop his work, and started to ask an unrelated question about the Bobcat Equipment by stopping the whole group from work, while I was waiting as well on the job site for a good amount of time. Regardless of my explanation that it is construction going on he started using embarrassed and disrespected statements regarding the condition of the house and the construction. The whole process was full of humiliation and disrespect that really hurt me. I am working with the customers/clients also, and during my work, I am trying to be more kind, understanding, and nonjudgemental towards the customers. Especially, I would never dare to hurt the customers feeling, or make humiliative, fault-finding, condemnatory statements during my service.
