We’ve been working with BLT for the past four years and the last two under contract for landscaping and tree trimming of our community. This is one of the best companies around. Every employee you meet and engage with shows true commitment to their job with respect and a positive attitude. Owner Brian is always available and fully engaged in all projects. The Managers / Supervisors of the different teams are incredibly professional. The work they do is impeccable! Their attention to detail is on track with their knowledge of their field. They educate you on what’s right / wrong and what is best for your community. They work with you on your projects and budgets. If ever anything is missed, they rectify immediately. You will not be disappointed in hiring them for your job. For reference, we are a 195 home community with an incredible amount of oaks, ficus, palms and hedges with two lakes. They take care of us and we feel this is a true partnership with them.

We hired BLT to do our landscaping work at Duval Villas in Wilton Manors (23 townhouses and common areas) about 4 years ago and they have done a great job! BLT has been dependable, collaborative, and communicative. I would recommend them to other homeowners and associations. I have enjoyed working with Brian and his team because they focus on customer service, problem solving and listening to the needs and challenges of their clients. BLT provides a full service experience from design, implementation, and maintenance including irrigation, fertilizing, & tree trimming. I hired BLT to do a bunch of work at my house including tree trimming, removal of old landscaping, tree removal, stump grinding, plus sod restoration/irrigation. Brian and his team (Jorge, Calvin and others) were exceptional! From start to finish was a pleasant experience. Great communication and customer service, and the staff are truly professionals and experts in their craft. I’ll be using BLT for more projects down the road and would highly recommend to anyone needing dependable landscape services.

BLT did a fantastic job of communicating with me during the entire process and they did a very professional and thorough job trimming the many palm trees on my property. After they completed the trimming they did great job of cleaning up all of the debris and hauling all of it away. They are now in my contact list. Thank you Brian and crew!

BLT was recommended to us by our lawn service and we hired them to trim our Brazilian Beauty Tree that was quite overgrown. From the first phone call with Brian to scheduling with Angel, and finally the entire team who arrived to do the work, BLT were absolutely fantastic to deal with! The team who did the work were meticulous, they took the time to understand what we wanted, they prepped the area beautifully covering our pool to protect it, and left the area spotless when done! The tree looks magnificent and we are so very pleased. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of any tree trimming services do yourself a favor and call BLT. Always efficient and will recommend BLT lawn care to anyone . Never been disappointed ! Every time the crew comes to my house they knock it out as well as taking their time perfecting my lawn!

10 out of 10. These guys were great. Called them from a phone number I took off of one of their trucks. Service and communication were excellent. We had a giant palm that was hit by lightning and had to be removed. The Tree Division showed up and they had about 8 guys onsite, a bucket truck to cut and lower the tree, a pickup truck with box trailer hauling stump grinders and other equipment and a third truck with a claw and trailer to haul off the spoils. Everyone was professional, courteous and polite. They also left the site in better condition than when they arrived. I will 100% use them again. In my pictures the hole in the fence was not from them. The fence was built around the tree. They were extremely meticulous in making sure the fence was not damaged during the tree removal and stump grinding.

BLT Lawncare was recommended to me for tree/arbor services by my longtime lawn service company. I could not be more pleased. They did a beautiful job shaping my tree. They also did a beautiful job on my neighbor’s tree across the street. Truly professional arborists. To top it off, their friendliness and professionalism can’t be beat. As a business owner in South Florida, this is the type of business I want to do business with and will continue to do so for many years. Kudos to Brian and his team for an exceptional experience.

Pathetic manners. Driver flicked off my husband because we had a green light and he felt that he can cut us off and make a right onto our lane. Mind you, he had a +16 ft trailer. Reckless and uneducated.

Unfortunately for me the reviews don't line up while they do a good job trimming they do a horrible job blowing dirt into our windows at Mayfair Apartments. Week after week we have addressed this to the HOA & the property management group this has to stop. Be more considerate towards the property and professionally blow the dirt towards the street for clean up not towards our building! I demand to speak to someone from corporate about this matter as I have surveillance footage and witnesses within our community.

So our condo in Aventura uses this service and the workers continue to blow dirt and leaves around..They blow dirt directly into the windshields, and pipes of our cars in the parking lot. I spoke to the owner who also wasnt so kind. Please shop around. Do not use this company. They have no care or concern for the communities property. You will need to have your cars detailed every time they come to your condo.

08/08/23..An update for BLT Lawncare. I tried to upload a picture but wasn't able to. If you chose to use this company for your condo be ready to have leaves blown into your gas pipe area. Be ready to have leaves blown into your windshield area where you can't reach and have to.dig them out. Once a week they come to our condo and once a week I have to go have my car washed to wash off the dust and leaves from all over my car..And if you don't speak Spanish you can't even ask them to be careful around your car..This company has been spoken to and still continues to.destroy our cars..really horrible

UPDATE: I have had to downgrade this company. New conclusion, if you need a one off trimming job, I can recommend them. If you are looking for an ongoing maintenance contract I cannot. They charged me for a service they did not fully perform, the office manager was unable to confirm it (I could confirm it was not done with my own eyes) and no attempt has been made to rectify the situation or respond to my concern. Honestly it would have been SO EASY to fix it. Boggles the mind that the immediate response was not to say - no problem, we weill get that fixed asap. I reached out three times to help the office manager sort out the situation and I really cannot put more effort into this as I have a perfectly great wall here to knock my head against. I am a new customer and I felt like I was bothering them by raising the problem of having paid for something that did not happen. The worst part is this company made me think we had finally found a good, responsive, customer oriented company. Eye roll at myself. For one off jobs it was, for ongoing it has not been.

A spiky palm tree grow too large for our patio, and I did a quick google search and found BLT. I was able to get a quote simply with photos of the tree, and the quote was very reasonable. When they came to remove the tree, they were respectful of the fact that I did not want to interact due to COVID. I left the patio door open for them and they were able to come in, take care of the tree, and then leave without a problem. Quick and easy, reasonably priced. Thank you!

Horrible unprofessional and Rude. Do NOT use this lawn service

Great company. I am not a fan of yard work but w/ BLT I never have to worry about my lawn and/or landscape surrounding my property. Customer svc excellent, Brian is quick to respond & address his customers if they have any questions. Billing delivery method is great for me & the environment; there are never any surprises... If there's a service that needs to be done Brian will communicate it prior to you finding out when that invoice is generated. My property came w/ landscaping that I did not design; however, Brian's crew ensures that everything is kept up to code so that trees are not impeding pedestrians and/or obstructing the view of drivers. I appreciate the hard work of the employees that work for BLT & look forward to continue with the service they provide to me. Thanks BLT
