We were interested in a Mist Away system. Eric visited our property and told us what would need to be done and quoted me a price for the system and the maintenance. I accepted the quote immediately. 3 days later his install team arrived and installed the system. It was installed neatly and quickly and the system was working that afternoon. I haven't seen a mosquito since it was installed. Their install techs were extremely polite and skilled. My property is well landscape and manicured. The installation is as unobtrusive as it could possibly be and literally nothing was disturbed during the install. I can't say enough good things about the company and the product results have been exactly what I expected.

If you want a serious reduction in your mosquito nightmare definitely look into getting a mosquito misting system from these guys! They also offer fogging treatments if the investment for a system is not in the budget currently. I can finally get outside and enjoy the sunny South Florida weather!

Still have to spray myself with mosquito spray, use an electric mosquito swatter after paying $6000 for a mosquito missing system that I have to continuously set off manually and still be attacked by mosquitoes feel like I’ve been sold something that doesn’t work extremely disappointed!!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. A year ago I purchased a house with a mosquito nix system, the system is about 5 years old and was not used for a while. Needless to say I called them to service the equipment and get it back up and running. When the sales person finally showed up he told me they do not maintain that system and it is an older version. At this point I should just replace it. I asked why if it is their system and only 5 years old why can they not maintain it. That said after me pushing back he offered to send me a proposal for a new system and to repair the current system. He told me the pump in the old system was not working and he would try and find one in the warehouse. Well when the proposal showed up the new system was over $4k and to repair the existing was over $3k, hence he was just trying to sell me a system. As you could imagine this was frustrating. I then began to look at the system and figured out that the pump was fine, it was just a minor air leak, the clogged nozzles were easily cleaned and I got the entire system back up and running for $80. I now maintain it myself, no need to pay them monthly and will not call them for anything. Simply put they are about selling new systems which apparently in 5 years they will tell you that they cannot maintain. On a side note at the time I would have been happy to pay their monthly fee if they had not tried to rip me off. If you are even a little handy these systems are not complicated and you can buy anything you need from dead fly zone on the west coast of Florida. They will also answer any questions you have.

We have had a terrible experience with Mosquito Nix. The installed system failed to cover our porch where we spend most of our outdoor time. In addition the quality of installation was very poor. We notified the company within thirty days as per their contract. They said they would be out to address the issues multiple times but have failed to return. Terrible installation/ terrible customer service. Find another mosquito control company!

If you dont plan on keeping their maintenance plan for life, don't bother. They will literally rob you just to replace parts on their units you already paid top dollar for. Save the money and get a kit you install yourself and maintain yourself. 275 dollars to replace a 5 dollar controller that runs the whole system. Caveat Emptor.

We had the system installed at our home over a year ago and it has been nothing but one issue after another since day 1. Originally, the nozzles would clog constantly and the service techs never had enough on the truck each month to replace all of the ones that weren't working, even though we began calling ahead of time to remind them that there was an issue and ask them to bring enough. That still didn't work. A few months in, we were told that it had something to do with the formula which had been altered and to hang in there as it should get better. It did not. The last couple of months we have not had an issue with the nozzles clogging, but I realized about a month ago that the "formula" now smells like water. I called the company to tell them this a couple of weeks ago, and also to let them know that the system had stopped working entirely, and asked for someone to come out. I assume they did, since one day about a week later I walked outside and the system was working again, but the "formula" still smells like nothing but water and the mosquitos at our property are now worse then ever, likely because the entire home is getting doused in misted water 3 times a day. On top of the above, the staff members constantly turn over, the customer service reps who you can only reach by phone often have attitude (although the current woman who answers the phone has been nice enough), and are not communicative at all. No one ever calls you back. The regional manager has called me only one time over the year that we have had constant issues and then we never heard from him again. But they don't have an issue sending a bill every month. Save your time, money and energy...call another company (or if you're in Miami use 311) instead.

If I could give zero stars I would have but I can’t.. Sale rep Erick R was super unprofessional after I told him that we decided to use a different company because the cost was half the price. Bashing the other company and being super negative. He was also suppose to come out and give me a quote for Christmas light installation, company name bring the bright, the other company he works for, but declined to even give me a proposal because I was going to “shop” around for that as well. It’s super normal for clients to shop around and get the best deal possible, especially if the product being installed is “apples to apples” same product being offered at a better price.. That’s business 101.. 😂

Horrible experience getting the quote from Curtis over at Parkland. He demanded a sit down time for one hour presentation- that is after I spoke to a rep on the phone and got all the information. Then he did not even show up to the property, yet provided a ridiculously high quote, double that of competitors, without any discount that was promised to me by another rep on the phone. His excuse was- since I refused to meet for an hour presentation-, that's all he could offer! I went with Mr. Mosquito Mister- much better service, guarantee, half the price, and overall much better experience.

Absolute worst. I would not recommend. They charge you a monthly fee of around 180.00 and do not show up monthly. I have made several attempts to cancel in person, over the phone and via email for the last 2 months. They will not let you cancel even though there is a money back guarantee. I live in south florida and never leave poor reviews but this is ridiculous. A technician just showed up to my house to today to service my system after I firmly asked them not to send anyone and to cancel my contract. Its like the mosquito mafia. Once you're in you cannot leave. Beware.
