Same terrible experience and customer service as the other poster mentioned. Hired their service in April and they never showed up after but charged me every month. I went to cancel my service via phone call . I cancelled and they still messaged me and showed up right after I cancelled their service TWICE. Very bad experience. Absolutely horrible company! Slam the door on their face. You say “sure” to specifically just “trying out” the service for a month and when you no longer want their services they tell you “oh we have digital initials saying you signed a contract for 18 months and you can’t cancel unless you want to pay $200”. There was never ever anything signed whatsoever. So this company is fraudulent, they’re scammers and don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. You guys should be sued and i bet you alr
