I cannot speak highly enough about this company and its incredible team. From their professionalism to their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, they consistently exceed expectations. Using this company in 2 locations. Every time I have to call them to come back for service inside the home. Gary is very rude and not professional. Customer service rate is -0. Very expansive and I will not recommend them to anyone!

They came twice and I payed them each time $150, but I realized that my canary were getting dry and I told them that I am not happy with they’re service or whatever chemical are using and I told them to stop coming . But they send someone while we were in Minnesota during summer, while told them a month before that I don’t want their service anymore . They said you have a contract, I said I understand but my trees are dying with the products they were using , and one dyed by the end of September. They sent it to collection agency because I want to cancel the contact.

Spraying of lawn for fungus. Had to have my lawn resodded. After 3 months grass is destroyed.

They charge even when they don’t go. Don’t use them. Very poor customer service, never responds. If you decide to use for rodents you will buy the boxes but it will be only good for them to service because they sell you boxed but don’t give you the keys.

Killed my yard and didn't do anything to correct it but bill me more. I have worst yard on the street hands down.

We wasted 7 months with this company. We have tons of landscaping and a huge yard so we decided to hire Guaranteed to handle the fertilizer and pest control for our property. Honestly our yard looked better before starting their service and now a month after canceling it’s starting to bounce back and look healthy again. When we started service with them we had no issue in our yard beside a sick lemon tree and some powdered mildew on some palms. After a couple months with them we noticed a dead zone in our grass forming. This zone grew larger each month. When we asked about it they stated it was from high traffic, claiming that St Augustine grass is just for show, that it doesn’t hold up to activity on it, umm ok, it was fine before. We had our sprinkler company come out and make sure all our sprinklers were in good shape, they were but they told us the dead zone looked like a fungal infection. We called Guaranteed and asked about this. Again we were told it was traffic and laughed at for thinking it was fungus. The rep insisted he had decades more experience than the sprinkler guy and that there was no way it was fungus. After this we decided to cancel since our yard looked worse with their service than it had without it. We went ahead and treated the grass for fungus with store bought fungicide. It’s been a month and guess what!?! The dead zone is no more! The grass is growing back in nice and healthy. Even with all that traffic! I don’t know what exactly they are guaranteeing with their service as they weren’t willing to even try to treat the grass I’ve paid 7 months of fees for. Turns out if you want something done right you just have to do it yourself. Home Depot and Lowe’s have everything we need to keep a beautiful, healthy landscape.

Our palm tree was treated for months and it never recovered. We bought a beautiful grape plant, we watched it grow every day, but one day the Technitian gave the plant a wrong “treatment ”and the next the day the plant was dead. Definitely no recommend this company.

This company used to be great. I had them for over year and my lawn always looked good. Their has now been a change in ownership/management and everything has since gone down hill and FAST. I've got brown patch fungus in my front yard thats now spreading fast and weeds popping up everywhere. Ive called in and complained multiple times and supposedly keep sending techs out to fix it, but ive been staring at the same weeds, in the same exact spot for over 9 months. I called in over 2 weeks ago to cancel service and guess who showed up yesterday and serviced my yard? Yep they did. If they actually stop service and billing me i may consider revising my review a few stars.

I’ve been using Guaranteed Pest Control to kill the weeds in my back yard. When they came out to inspect the yard prior to beginning service, there were a lot of weeds (the reason I called them). They said it was bad, but within the year the yard would look great. Over the past 9 months, I have been patient watching the weeds spread, but figured they were the pros and knew what they were doing. But now, after 9 months, the yard looks far worse then when I hired them. It’s very disappointing. I have always cared for my lawn myself, but when we bought the home, the previous homeowners didn’t really care for the yard so it was a mess. After a few years of making a little progress, I decided to hire the experts. I’ll be back to treating this my own for now until I can find a company that can do the job.
