Always do a good job. This time it was raining when they came so they didn't get outside. So i have been having bug issues.

This company is an A++ plus 10 out of 10. The level of professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. The service specialist Williem Thelemaque was an expert at his job he was well-informed courteous respectful and even funny at times. His manager Anthony went out of his way and gave us a follow-up call immediately after he left our home. This is Superior Service. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family and they are going to kill my pests for the rest of my life thank you Apex. They were nice. Keep your plants far away before tenting. Mine were almost a casualty in the prepping process. They respond quickly to inquires.

Technician was over 2hrs late for initial appointment and I had to call to find out when he was coming. Made an arrangement for them to come and treat the house the following week. Nobody turned up. When I called to find out what happened they said one of the technicians would call me back because nothing was scheduled ...still waiting 12 hours later. Awful customer service. I guess first impressions really do matter.

Wow, what a company! I am so fortunate to have found Apex for all of my bug problems. Recently, my home was swarming with Termites and I didn’t know what to do, so I googled pest control companies, and found Apex. Right away I was answered with professionalism by Anthony, where he immediately scheduled an appointment to meet with me to see the damage and explain the process and cost. The staff is extremely friendly and on the ball. I will forever use Apex and tell everyone I know about them. Thank you for helping my home and always being on-call!

Apex Pest Control tented my house and it was a great experience. They have brand new equipment, and very good team, specially Anthony Borrego. He was very professional from beginning till the end. He answer all questions regarding safety and he was very accommodating with the schedule to get done the job. I don't usually recommend services and I only do it when I'm 100% happy about the work performed and this is on of those. I hope this review helps someone else.

2 weeks ago The company treated my lawn and did fumigation treatment on my home. Results have been great and they're affordable.

Service was done really fast. Customer service was good. Main issue is pest control came out for bugs and two days later bugs are back ready to attack. I’m confused on what was the reason for the pest control to come out if the issue wasn’t resolved?
