Kelly, My apologies for this experience but I can very much assure it is not the normal practice of business. Being a customer for over a year with no complaints until this one, I’m surprised, and disappointed with this review that you have added to the 34 other businesses you’ve reviewed. <br>To sum it up, our 10 year technician who almost never misses work, severely injured his back on the day of your appointment on the 21st and we promptly called you, told you the reason and service was moved to the holiday weekend on Saturday the 24th. Our technician assumed he would be back and volunteered to work on the weekend to service the customers he missed. On the morning of the 24th, our technician had not improved and was taken to the emergency room. Our office is closed on Saturdays so you were not contacted. I am very sorry about the timing of that. Monday the 26th was a holiday and on Tuesday morning you answered the telephone with “you’re fired” and hung up. I understand you were not contacted and very upset, however, most would agree this was a rare situation. I would have hoped our year long record of good service at your home would have at least earned us an opportunity to explain. It did not. You see, even in business, real life happens to real people. We are very concerned about our technician because he is part of our “family”. We are a family company and we have compassion for families. Ours and yours. This is reflected in our pricing, our service and our employees. Believe me, you would have been contacted if it had been possible. We would never deliberately leave a customer hanging. Good luck with your next company, or maybe I should wish the luck to them. Sadly, our technician is still injured in case you were wondering about him.
