Hernando pest control is one dynamic company. They did my termite treatment a few weeks back and the were just awesome. Mike explained everything. Was very knowledgeable. The office people were so kind and considerate. They were a joy dealing with and they did such a great job. Thanks Hernando Pest Control.

I was very impressed, the technician was right on time so I didn’t have to wait all day, the price was extremely reasonable and the Exterminator, believe his name was Eric, was extremely kind and answered all my questions. So far no more bugs! Would highly recommend and ask for Eric!

Extremely unprofessional company, we paid in cash the last time we had service, the kid who sprayed pocketed the money and said we never paid. I paid again 2 weeks ago and they call the day of the appt and say they don't want to do business with me anymore. Save your money or you'll end up paying twice for the same service

Amazing fun

We have been clients of Hernando pest control for almost 5 years. This past time we are NOT satisfied with the service. Ordinary treatment has an exterminator Oder. We went out 5 minutes after he left. The grounds were bone dry and no Oder at all. We called to complain and the person answering the phone said the technician was here for quite awhile and will not rectify the problem we will never call them again. They do not care about customer service. I hope the owner sees this because there were witnesses that saw us test the grass. No smell. Bone dry. You tell me if he sprayed that at least the grass would be wet or at least damp

Do not waste your time with this company!!! Overpriced and inadequate in the front office. Called 6 times to get an invoice for service they did at my house and it took a month to get it. When I got the bill it was extremely high for a so called “tech” that was there a total of 15 mins. and charged me $185.00 and set off one bug bomb. That I can live with however there was no follow up call until a month after the first visit when the tech was on his way to my home so that he could do his job and to set up a monthly visit and at that point aggravation had set in and I chose to go with a national brand who by the way contacted me promptly with emails, text messages and a invoice ($85.00) for services for that day for and a breakdown of all that he did that day. He was there for almost an hour and explained to me everything that he felt needed to be done as a preventive measure of pest control and I felt informed and comfortable in signing a year contract with them. I generally love to support local businesses but in this case there is no comparison between the two. The national brand is better, more punctual, professional and all around more knowledgeable.

These guys showed up to inspect and give me a quote an hour after I called them. Impressive. The young man was very pleasant, and explained everything to that needs to be done. The quoted price is reasonable.

I was very dissatisfied with them after four trips out here they still did not solve the bug problem and then they refuse to come out unless I paid them more money on a monthly basis they did not provide the service that I originally paid for

Old school pest control not out to beat u$

Very dissatisfied Didn't provide the guarantee they presented at first only came in and Fogged then when cane back sprayed no baits or anything else then was told oh must of been A misunderstanding only A One time thing but we'll come oit flr 31$ and you'll sign A contract.foe every 3 mos service then it's A we'll come out.no prob. Be careful price is deceptive and you'll be left with A problem.

Seem to do okay with treatment but hard to coordinate with office for scheduling

Hacks they used $14 foggers and use 24000 square ft of poison in a 500 square ft place ruined my furniture and clothes they said need to do nothing before they came and told me we need to clean everything before we can use our place again when they were done by the tech. The office said you don't have to do anything if we listened to the office we would probably be in the hospital by now. So if you want to get sick overcharged and poor service for stuff you can get from a do-it yourself place. They also said had to use a special mix but used a generic poison instead form an off the shelf place

Horrible service. I had to call to get Dave to return for second treatment, he came & was here barely 10 minutes. I still have bugs. 😠 Do not waste your time & money with this company.
