I am a former and now current customer of Global. Global did my lawn service when we initially purchased an our lawn always looked great. After a hurricane hit our lawn was basically destroyed so we discontinued services. We recently renewed our contract in hopes of them being able to kill out the weed seed that has blown in. Our experience has always been good with them coming in a specific day and time as scheduled and making sure we are satisfied with the results. We had other estimates this time and found their price is still the most reasonable. We would recommend them.

I pay you to keep my lawn in tip top shape. Why are you reporting to me what I should be doing on my own to keep it looking decent? What am paying you for?

They charged me 30% more because they used “better chemicals” and now my lawn is 100% worse.

I want to see less weeds in my lawn. The technicians are friendly and professional.

People are always pleasant to deal with but their treatment to get rid of bugs is completely ineffective. My house remains over run by bugs. Would not recommend.

The service techs are good but that doesn't make up for their poor accounting & bookkeeping. I get calls every month saying I have a balance that is overdue. When I ask if they are receiving my monthly payments I'm told yes but I still have a balance due. I've go so far as to pay whatever I'm told is still owed just to have get another collections call the following month. What's even more irritating than their poor accounting is the rudeness of the office personal talking to me like I'm trying to avoid paying them. I pay what's owed every month but it's getting ridiculous to constantly receive calls like this and then later find out it was an accounting error on their end:(

So far I’m not impressed with your service. John said he would personally come back and inspect our lawn but has yet to show up! We still have many brown spots and nothing seems to be clearing up. Not very happy and with the monthly cost. Very expensive with little results.

Our community uses this company for lawn fertilizer and bug control and honestly we have VERY POOR RESULTS from their work. I wish that they would do as good of a job on our lawns as they do the entrance of the community. Personally I think they dilute the lawn spraying to almost straight water. I would not recommend them at all.
