After four years with another company, we decided to try BugX. The owner walked us through each sprinkler zone to help us amend poor performance from several heads, prior to service. After only two treatments, our yard has shown a marked improvement in weed control and grass growth.

Our regular Company for years, great service and reasonable price. We never have bugs, when our neighborhood was overrun by ghost ants last year they had them gone overnight.

If their work is anything like their service trucks wreaking havoc through town steer clear. Second truck I’ve ran into spewing chemicals down the road all over the vehicles following, weaving in/out of traffic. Witnessed another this am shoot either me or the car in front the middle finger..you’re representing a company splattered all over a giant rig act accordingly or don’t at all .

Outstanding customer service! Made a special trip to look at our lawn and assist to determine issue. Pointed out that sprinklers were not correct type and recommended a better type. After replacing per BugX suggestion yard looks amazing again.

Stu and BugX exterminators are ABSOLUTELY top notch. The coolest guys to work with, they take their time and go through an immense amount of effort to take care of your pest issue. Along with remediation, they are helpful in sharing their findings, logic, tips and discussing options in detail. These guys are so above and beyond they went around my neighbors (with permission) to find the root cause of my infestation (and got rid of it!!!) I cannot recommend this company enough. Their first impression alone will absolutely blow you away.

Good place to rely on

Maintained yard, outside insects and termite system for 15 years, they are the best. Trapped 2 armadillos that were trying to dig under house. At the beginning made sure lawn was free of mold and any infestation, even replaced sod.

Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable. He presented options and provided much needed info, as I had zero experience with termites. There was never any pressure to buy their service. I really appreciated his professionalism and I would recommend (and I have already) this company to anyone.

Stuart was AMAZING, EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! Putting new windows in 1988 home build and the installers noticed we had dry wood termites at one of the windows. He said we have to tent the house (its wood frame). We searched the web found BugX and Stuart came out so quickly to assess the property. Luckily for us it was only ants. Stuart took his time to assess, was so knowledgeable, very detailed on everything, answered all my questions, and even gave me guidance on maintaining our home for preventive measures. Incredibly professional and down to earth. I was so lucky to have such an honest person come out and assess the situation. Thank you Stuart!!!
