Haven;t seen were anyone has been going in the house to set bait or check on things. You have been doing things on outside so would like to know why no one is doing the full job and why i havent been notified.

Hi Jack. As is stated in your signed agreement with Accurate, services are exterior always and inside upon request. Our agreements also state that these services are NOT scheduled in advance and that if we ever miss you or you need a follow-up service that you can call for a FREE return visit. <br><br>Our goal is to stop the problems before they come in, so I assume we have done a really good job at that and do not deserve the 2 star review you gave since you have been with us for over a year now, have received 5 quarterly maintenance services and have never had to call us back for any issues on the inside. =)<br><br>If you need something done inside, please feel free to reach out to us and schedule a service anytime!

The General Manager of this company is a very nasty individual. While trying to fix an error they made in payment, he started cussing me using the "f" word saying he had a hard time running his business. That is not my or any of his other clients problem. That is the life of a small business owner. I will not give them my business again even though we have used them multiple times.

Hillary, why did you change your review from 5 star to 1??? Also, why are you making this an Accurate issue when the lack of communication was with your husband and what card you wanted charged??? When you called us, you were outraged with our staff that had charged THE ONLY card we have ever used with you in the past AND after being told to do so by your husband... The office was being belittled by you for almost 10 minutes over this charge dispute with you and your husband, all while just trying to take the NEW payment method so we could refund the other charge from 6-30-25.... 2 weeks ago.<br><br>Yes, the office charged the same card the 2nd time, however, that new charge was immediately voided, but again, the rage continued towards the office which we accepted since THIS TIME it was our mistake. <br><br>The girls were so upset at how they were being treated, that I took over the phone call. There was no talking to you.... you were a nasty person to all of us. I never said anything about "having a hard time running a business" I said "It is hard to get a word in with you and you are making it hard to handle this issue for you because you are blaming us for a charge we were told to make by your husband".<br><br>So the service was good (I screen shot your original review because you told us you were going to come change it) but now because of this issues with you and your husband we are the bad people??? Ok, we will just have to live with that I guess. <br><br>Again, we offered to issue the refund and charge the right card, but instead you wanted to belittle us for some reason after just saying how good we were..... Makes sense.

The first 2 times I used Accurate the service was consistent and the customer service was to be expected. This last experience will be a last. Their applications are inconsistent and the technicians dont seem to communicate with the office. All the office can go by is what the technician notes and if you dispute it they act like you are the problem. Travis was a real condesending prick and was quick to remind me of my 6 month service contract. Which is fine because money is not the issue. Quality of service and customer service is. If that's what matters to you, I'd find another company.

Lindsey, <br><br>Accurate attempted to provide you with a retreatment of your property since you felt the last service was not to standard. You repeatedly denied that offer. How does a company make anything "right" when the customer denies their offer?? What was actually told to you was that the technicians service ticket stated that he applied other chemicals that you did not mention. That was us trying to get clarity on what you were stating he did and did not do. <br><br>You asked about cancelling the contract, and you were informed that there are still 3 remaining services on the agreement. You then said "Oh, I just want to pay it off early and stop services" when in return, we asked "'well what sense does that make to pay and not receive the services". <br><br>You also complained about how our technicians always ask "Have you been seeing any issues since your last visit". You stated "that is what I pay your company to do". We responded with "we are there once a month, for less than an hour each service. The rest of the time, you are our eyes". Yes, we need to know if you have saw any issues. The fact that you stated that you have not, is a good thing =) since you are paying us to get rid of your bugs. <br><br>You then made some awkward remark about how "I used to work with a company that used to service your vehicles, that is how I found out about you all" and then just hung up on us without any resolution. What does us finding a new mechanic have to do with this service?????? <br><br>Again, the offer was made to you to respray, you were even offered to have the guy you "like" and that you "want each time moving forward", but you still denied that offer. You made zero effort to resolve anything and are now claiming "poor customer service". Something about your last comment prior to hanging up makes us feel that this might be more personal for some reason. <br><br>

It is a shame that I had to respond here and this will not allow me to respond to the Ghost writer that hysterically replied below. Of course everybody will have amnesia and side with their dishonest or "Wonderful" bossTravis. He is their Manager and if they need the job, he probably has them brow beaten pretty well. It seems that the lady that answered one of my latest calls joked that all company email is routed through Travis so that he can place smoke screens, place blame and abuse Law Enforcement by calling them and making them take time to investigate and respond to his cries of wolf! The person below did not sign the response so I am assuming the lady in the office was correct about what he is capable of fabricating any responses to complaints before Corporate becomes aware. Your response is the canned response of a narcissistic, ego challenged person that has seen way too many of these complaints! Just reference your responses to other complaints on Yelp. The issue is that Travis has lied, bullied and talked his way to the end of the road. Laurel is small and he is flailing trying to keep and get new business which is simply impossible if Travis is attached. His responses to complaints all have the same lie and accept no blame attitude.Look at the reviews that mention Travis and the drama on the response. He annoys local Law Enforcement after he escalates situations. See Borderline Personality Disorder. Beware of him and anything he says. There's a real Public Service Announcement.

Mr. Bishop, <br><br>You have been instructed by the DSP to not contact our company and that any further disputes will be handled in a civil court room. We are well aware of the email chain between you and our wonderful GM, Travis, so allow us to entertain a response to anyone that wishes to read. <br><br>Travis clearly reached out to you to try and resolve any issues you may have had by honoring your request to speak through email so a resolution could be found. You are making false claims about who you spoke with back in March. You spoke with our inspector, Rob, who asked you to describe your pest problem and based on your explanation of that pest, our inspector asked if you had any specimens for us to examine so that we could provide the correct course of treatment. You reportedly said that you did not have any specimens at the time, so our inspector asked that if you see the problem return to please contact us so we can send someone out and identify the insect that you were reporting to us that we assumed were possibly drain flies. We are a full service company and would never tell someone "just bring in some bugs". <br><br>Fast forward 3 months and here we are. There are no records of your attempts to report that the issue had returned and you even had service with our technician Becky just last month (May) for your quarterly PC and 1st mosquito flea and tick of the season. Our scheduler, Kim, who had zero knowledge of any issues you were having with the company, scheduled your June mosquito, flea and tick service on our technician Mike yesterday. Mike showed up and was politely informed by your wife of the issues between you and the company. Mike left without altercation as you stated. Every single service that you contracted to have provided by Accurate had been provided and Travis sent you the history of that service record in the email chain after your claim that we "missed services". <br><br>Yes, Travis informed you that after your email about our technician showing up, that he would be reaching out to the DSP to request a non contact due to what he felt was a threat being made and that you were being extremely irate in your attempts to not achieve any short of resolution. Travis sent the email and called the DSP, no other contact was made by Travis to you or your wife in any way after 4pm yesterday. You actually sent Travis an email at 3am this morning, went to our website and requested to be contacted by an owner and then made this review on Google. All of which has been documented. <br><br>We have reviewed over the entire email chain, and are quite blown away by how you interacted with our manager and the statements you have made in this review, but we are here to stand behind our employees and management when it is justified to do so, which in this case it 100% is.<br><br>We will notify Trooper Williams at Troop 5 of your repeated attempts to contact our company after you have been instructed to stop. <br><br>

Where to start.. please do not pay this company your money! After having mice problems I decided to give accurate a call, I've been under contract with these guys for about 2 years. Techs are courtesy but I've had constant battles with mice and ants. I needed my traps filled and the receptionist on the phone said there unable to do that due to the law tge traps would have to be collected and layer by a tech. After being told this I decided that I should cancel my service and drop the traps off because it's obviously not working out... the receptionist proceeded to say the GM would call me and hung up.... so I drove up there knocked on the door. Nobody answer, so I drop the traps off at the door...called back and left a message upset about getting hung up on... I received a call back from Travis the general manager. Who began to threaten me with police for coming to his establishment and threateninh the woman. I'm not sure how this happend... I respond with sir, he cut me off and said " don't sir me" l. Told me I threatened his receptionist again. Once again threatened police and hung up. I'm not sure how this even happend. Raised by a single mother I would never threaten a woman and if she felt uncomfortable I truly apologize I'm a big guy at the door but there's not a mean bone in my body! The way the GM handle it was just appalling. I'm still kind of in disbelief... anyways just save yourself the trouble stay corporate on this one!

You had 4 woman, that were ALONE, in this office absolutely TERRIFIED after you INSISTED that they fill your mice stations because you were going on a vacation tomorrow and could not wait for us to send out our technician to PROPERLY apply the baits as REQUIRED BY LAW and THE STATE OF DELAWARE when you are a licensed applicator. It is OUR job to apply the baits that were requested by you, we do not sell retail mice bait and WE DO NOT just hand products out like these for our customer to apply themselves. <br><br>You then came to the office after you said "I AM ON MY WAY NOW TO GET THIS S*** HANDLED" and proceeded to hang up on them. <br><br>How do you think a office full of woman would react to that???? I did everything I could to get back here to make sure these woman were not going to be alone when a GROWN MAN came in threating them about some DAMN MICE BAIT and I instructed them to lock the doors and be prepared to call the police. <br><br>Then you dropped a bag at the front door (that no one had clue of what could have been in it) and that FREAKED THEM OUT EVEN MORE!! I opened the bag just to find 8 FULL MICE BAITERS... FULL!!! which is even more of a reason that we should come to you if you were having mice and ants like you claim you were. You started with us in March of 2021 and since you started, you have never ONCE called us about any "constant battles with mice and ants". We keep records of all services and chemical applications to our properties, again, as REQUIRED BY LAW. We offer FREE retreatments to all of our customers and always have... your contract even states all of this. <br><br>The girls told you that I would contact you as soon as I got back from lunch, BUT NO, you felt the need to come up here and act tough to 4 WOMAN instead of waiting for my phone call that would have come in another 15 minutes. Hell, you must have been on your way up here before you even hung up on them for as fast as you got here. <br><br>You are damn right I told you that if you ever make these girls feel the way you made them feel again that I would contact the police and file a complaint against you. AND I MEANT IT!<br><br>I got 4 woman that will attest to your BS review in here. Never have these girls felt threatened like they did today by any customer. <br><br>Congrats!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone . I was billed for services I didn’t receive. See below …. Response to owners response : *****All I can say about your response is that you are not being honest. I did not receive the services. I just wanted you to give you the opportunity to do the “right “ thing. After years of payments for services and notifying Accurate of my moving with a verbal cancelation and a written one later to follow, I continued being billed for 140 dollars of services that were not provided . I called about this many times and it was sent to a collection agency and then my credit report to follow! I couldn’t believe it . This saddens me that this is what customer service has become . I expected more from a local company as I fully support our local community . I would never practice this way when it comes to my patients. Very unfortunate and sad but I paid the 140.00 for services I did not receive as I value my credit but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth .

Donna, you 100% received the services. You literally just asked us on the phone to “have a heart” because you went through a divorce and forgot to pay a bill from a service in September of 2019. Your ex husband was the one that sent you the bill to pay is literally what you told us.<br><br>After multiple attempts to collect the debt, we finally sent it to collections.<br><br>Sorry we were unable to “have a heart” and forgive the debt. Once it is sent to collections it is out of our hands.<br><br>We hope things get better and congrats on the new home purchase!!

Accurate is the most unprofessional company, Randy Benson, Owner's son hurls insults and resorts to name calling when questioned about his company's business practice. Please do not use this company, there are many others out there with better ratings. The company created a fake debt and then placed my account into collection. With legal assitance I was able to have the debt removed from my credit report.

We’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. My cousin works for Orkin and could not believe the language & how rude that the general manager Travis used with my mother & I. The treats were outrageous. Completely unprofessional and rude. We’ve tried to get out of the contract and I was told that they would “throw me in jail” I asked how. I was told that they “would go to the police station In Georgetown and file charges against me” I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Since I cannot response to their comment myself. I will say that 100% is a complete lie. Everything you have said every threat has been recorded.

Mrs Puglisi, you have continued to make false statements against our company. We have been working with your mother (Kathy) who has been quite helpful in getting us paid for services that were performed at your property. When you called our company you requested that we come and perform services for Fleas, Ticks and other general pests. The CC that was provided to us at that time did not have the funds available so we contacted you several times about payment. We eventually heard back from your mother about this, not you. After your mother was shocked by what you had done, she asked what was the next step and what happens if you would not pay. Your mother was told that "requesting a service that is to be paid upon completion that is not paid is theft of services and we had the right to contact authorities if not resolved". We do not have the power to "throw you in jail". It took us over 2 1/2 months to receive payments for the agreement that you signed (which was 3 pages). By no means were you ever threatened by our company nor were you ever taken advantage of when you agreed to have services done. We greatly appreciate your mother Kathy working with us in making sure the payments were taken care of for you and that your problems we were asked to handle continued per the agreement you signed.<br><br>Please stop making false allegations against our company.<br><br>Thank you!

Office personnel needs to take a class entitled "Professionalism 101". There was a consistent refusal to discuss my grievance. I cancelled my service and office personnel does not seem to understand that evident by their failure to forward to me the termination email as promised.

Terrible experience, and would warn others to steer clear. Hired Accurate to do some extensive crawlspace work (vapor barrier, dehumidifier, sump pump, and insulation) at our vacation home, where we do not live full-time to supervise. Initial estimate and interaction was great. I was told the job would take 3 days to complete. After the 3rd day, I called to ask if the job was finished. I was told yes, and received the invoice in the mail two days later. Turns out, they had only dropped off a few materials at the house and hadn't even started. After continually harassing the project manager, the work was finally done 6 WEEKS later. I called the general manager to express my frustration, and he refused to accept any responsibility. He told me I was lying about the original quote of 3 days. He did not accept any responsibility for his subcontractors who failed to show up and complete the job. He couldn't have cared less about the portion of the job that was done unsatisfactorily, and had to be re-done at my insistence. I would never, ever recommend Accurate and will certainly never hire them again. Avoid at all costs!

I have asked them several times through an email not to spray my windows, yet it keep happening over and over. The tech that used to do the spraying NEVER sprayed our windows but the guy was here this morning soaked them!! Now, I have to clean all my windows AGAIN! This is probably going to be the last time they do our pest control. I am tired of rewashing our windows every time! We have been a loyal, good paying customer for a long time but that is about to come to an end!
