Love the service that I receive from mosquito/pest authority. They let me know when they are coming out a head of time and they have always shown up for my appointments. I’ve had no issues with bugs or rodents since I’ve started having them spray.

Technician Steve is extremely professional and hardworking. He crawled into tight spaces to inspect my 5 buildings on my property inside the foundation and out. He gave sound advice and put himself in my shoes as the customer with regard to economical solutions. He took ownership of our plan for pest control. Much appreciated Steve !

I use the service for Mosquitoes and they are still a problem. I can not enjoy my deck. I used another company last year and I had no issues. I was able to use my deck. I tried this company because it was a little cheaper. I guess I got what I paid for. Not to mention, it was not cheap although it was cheaper than the other company.

This is our first season using Mosquito Authority and we will never go back to not using them! We have been mosquito free since May and it’s been amazing. We love getting to use our yard all summer long, any time of day. Donte is great! He extremely thorough and friendly!

They guarantee a mosquito free yard. I have had them come at least once in between treatments due to mosquitoes still being an issue in my yard. If they assessed my yard for any problem areas, I was never told about it. They come, they spray, they leave. No communication at all. I was hoping this service would work, as I am allergic to mosquitoes and get huge welts from bites. Unfortunately, I still cannot enjoy my back yard in the summer due to mosquitoes still being an issue. I tried.

Problem areas are noted on the first visit and redressed on successive visits, as our product is designed to halt the mosquito lifecycle on the first spray, and keep those mosquitoes suppressed after. The mosquitoes still bite even a day after the treatment. I’ve been using their services for two summers now getting recommended seasonally treatments but still get bit. My toddlers legs are a mess.

We have used this service in the past and we were not happy with the outcome however we gave it another try. So far they have been out for 3-4 treatments and we continue to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. I have sent emails between the times they have come out and each time they tell me we were scheduled that week to be treated again and then we wait a few more days for someone to come out. I would like to think that we would have seen some relief by now however that has not been the case
