Wilkins went above and beyond to help me with a long-standing raccoon problem. Unlike the last wildlife removal company I hired, the guys at Wilkins came back every day until the job was done. They weren't exactly cheap (I doubt jobs like this ever are, and I don't know if I could trust anyone who would offer a lower price), but given how dedicated they were to the job, they were worth every penny. They were incredibly professional, super-friendly and personable, and very accommodating to my own particular needs. Their humane approach to raccoons, which they relocated without killing (unless any displayed signs of sickness, which mine didn't) was also a huge comfort, as I'm otherwise rather fond of critters. I hope I don't have any future problems with wildlife, but if I do, there's no one else I'd rather call than Wilkins.

Wilkins Wildlife is the best in the business hands down. 2 services in the past- one for bed bugs in an old apartment I had that the landlord didn’t disclose and one for squirrels at my new house. Awesome company! Very polite and very knowledgeable in their profession. If you were to ever need a job handled these are definitely the guys to call! They even have a really really short guy that can fit in any tiny cracks and crevices!

Once they were really good but now they suck, if you try to call and get a follow-up, don't expect one,you're out of luck.Had a copperhead snake near my house and they never bothered to call me back. Good luck with someone else.

Anthony or is it Mr Gary, we find it interesting you left a 5 star review 4 years and 9 months ago for service that was provided to you to eliminate rats from your structure. Our software system has no recollection of a recent call as far as 7 weeks, nor do we have or have had a voice message nor capture of information from 908-783-3851. 4 years and 9 months ago we provided you a service. 5 weeks ago we did not provide you a service so how is it you would like the general public to receive your review? Our office even called to discuss that with you today and you kept sending the call to voicemail. We'd truly like to address your situation and what might have happened but that cant happen if you wish to leave it as a one sided case.
Josh was very knowledgeable and explained many issues to us. The company is very accommodating.

Very timely and professional. Jay showed up on time and explained to me what he was going to do. He baited the traps and within two days he had two raccoons out of my yard. I found Jay and Austin to be extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend.

Called for an estimate and they sent someone the same day. They were very clear on the services needed and the equipment that would be used to keep our bird issue from happening again. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!!

Jay saved the day for us and saved the bird! A starling became trapped in our home’s fresh air system vent which did not have an exterior cover screening to prevent access. Jay safely captured and released the creature, disinfected the vent pipes, and installed proper top quality covers on three uncovered vents. Tom and I are so grateful for Jay’s expertise, professionalism and care for our uninvited house guest!

Wilkins is very professional - they know their stuff, clearly love their job, and work promptly. Josh was the first to arrive and put me at ease that the pros were on the case for my squirrels in the ceiling. Looked on the roof where they were accessing and used a thermal imager to check for nest/babies. Friendly and knowledgeable. Aulsten came next with the traps and they set them efficiently and with full explanation. Wireless camera installed by them to watch the trap with motion sensing so the squirrels weren’t there long (humane, etc). Owner (Jay?) came to replace the full traps to ensure all squirrels were gone. Shared good info and, like all of the crew, was great to talk to about what they do. The full crew came to install the mesh and blockers in the eaves so no more intrusions. It looks better than it did before! Throughout it all, Kristin dealt with my scheduling and questions with kindness and efficiency. They’re a bit pricey but worth every penny. I’ll 100% use them again if ever needed (hopefully don’t need them, though!).

2021-flying squirrels. 2022-raccoons. 2023-mice. We’ve had them all and Wilkins Wildlife has remediated, removed and reinforced. Jay and Austin are professional, knowledgeable, good people. They respond promptly, and work effectively and efficiently. They used traps and cameras to address our issues here. They have a deep understanding about the critters in the area, which helps them be so good at their job! Nikki keeps things well organized. I highly recommend Wilkins!

They were great people - but a poor follow through business plan... Would have done business with them, but they couldn't find the time to return multiple phone calls asking for a quote, trying to set a date...finally told it was "TOO hot to do attic work. " This is after a full month of cool spring weather...and no response from them. When they DO respond, they obviously know what they are doing...but unfortunately, they were unable to find the time to complete what they started... Update to response from owner: I contacted you may 30. You told us you would get back to us with a quote and set a date. I have record of 6 calls we placed over 4 weeks trying to get the quote and set a date. Messages were left...no responses until this past Friday. The office manager was trying to get you to respond. Today Tues June 25th, after calling again...I am told you can NOT be out until AFTER September. (Not August, not September) this is far more than a 3-4 week wait. You did not offer us any alternative date. I was very disappointed to have to cancel because I thought you were very qualified. I made that clear in my review. But after reading your response to our issues it is very disappointing to see false statements. Enough said. Good luck, best wishes.

Mrs Sanders we are sorry we could not accommodate you at your time frame. We are in peak wildlife season which means we are working around the clock solving numerous Heath hazards for clients that comes with dealing with these animals. All we did was perform an inspection to verify your odor concerns and pin pointed entries with no animal present at that time. Our work load is 3-4 weeks back logged due to this time of the year. It is not a poor business plan to allow you to choose another option to remedy your solution quicker. That is us not wanting to tie you up waiting to be scheduled and completed. We offered a late August/ early September solution which is notoriously even hotter to solve your concerns and that was not a good time frame and we understand you leave for Florida during that time frame. On the other hand we are happy you chose a 1 Star review that shows the public we cannot please every client out there even if a solution to your problem was not addressed nor work performed.<br>We are great people and we are professionals at what we do. We are sorry the timing just won’t work for you or us at this time.
