Paid a ton of money for them to lay some traps. Caught one vermon in 4 weeks! I'd love to know where my $750 went. Never again.

Don’t use them. They overcharged me for wasps removal. I found a previous receipt where they charged me a $150 less for the same service plus. The young man said the $200 was for using the ladder. Well they used the ladder last time. I will never use them again.

JEM Pest really came through for our family in a crunch. The day before a large family event biting flies were out in full force. JEM Pest went out of their way to fit us in and the results were fantastic. Our event went off without any unwelcome guest. We highly recommend JEM Pest. Professional & knowledgeable. My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with JEM Pests. We have used this service for over a year and it is always fantastic. Daniel has been doing our service at my home and my daughter’s. Today he went into her crawl space to check it out. He sprayed the around the concrete floor and around the top, near the insulation. Her home backs up to a farm so she is always concerned about critters. Daniel spent more time down there than anyone else in previous companies we have used. Thank you Joel for hiring such a wonderful employee!

Daniel came out today to spray for carpenter bees. He did an excellent job and explained everything in detail. I have had JEM as my pest control for my childcare/home for over 5 years and recommend them highly!! The cost of their service is great too!

I cannot speak anymore highly of my experience with JEM Pest today. I noticed a nest on the siding of my home just under the highest peak of my roof (30 feet high). I called JEM pest at 12:30 pm and after leaving my info with the receptionist I received a call back 5 minutes later from Joel. Joel was courteous and professional. After gaining some additional information, Joel provided me with a very reasonable quote. He then stated that the nest was a hornets nest and that he would try his best to take care of it quickly. He was at my house in 3 hours from my first call and had the nest removed and cleaned the area. I would recommend JEM Pest to anyone in need of their services.

Made an online inquiry in the evening for my neighbor. They had a bird in attic. Next morning, the company called me (Michele) and before you know it the team came over and took care of the problem at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and appreciative!
