The Tri-annual service has been wonderful. Having Erlich follow through with a whole house inspection has been completely unsatisfactory! There is no way to contact the local office, and the call center (who you get when you call the local office) has no way to find out why the inspector has not shown. I expected much better service for the $69 we pay each month! This is the 2nd attempt to schedule this. For Erlich: the ticket number is ABK90446

My experience with Ehrlich today, has been great as usual. Today, however, is a special day because I met Deon, my new exterminator. Deon is a very wonderful young man who seems to love his job and the manner in which he demonstrates his enthusiasm to please his customers is a plus in his job while dealing with different thinking customers. I am happy with Ehrlich and Deon.

Unfortunately there is not a zero start to choice in here to be able to reasonably evaluate the inferiorating experience we went through with Ehrlich. During the original phone conversation with Crystal Nelson, I got a good impression because she was friendly and convincing that there products will eliminate the insects for at least 90 days to even 120 days. Also there was no contract and only a $69 monthly fee, without any fixed term financial compromise. We schedule the first for July 1st for the first visit to evaluate and treat the inside and outside the house. Only to negatively experience that the treatment only lasted 5 days. I emailed Crystal about it, and she schedule the same technician to repeat the treatment on July 10th, between 8-10am . The technician never showed, neither answer our multiple calls to his cellphone, not responded our text messages. We waited until 10:20am. He texted around 10:40am syating he went to the house and treated thd outside. He never showed, and the there is not proof on my surveillance system. We contacted customer service both during the scheduled time frame as well as after that time asking why the technician didn't go to the house. Wy wife had a terrible experience when she calle customer service, the woman on the phone was rude, was not willing to listed and even refused to transfer the call to a supervisor or to Crystal's extension. After my wife asked for a refund, the woman just laughed at loud and hang up the phone on my wife. I emailed Crystal multiple time, which by the way dhe totally ignored. I called my bank to block any suppoustly monthly charges even when there was not contract, as well as to file a dispute for the $362 I got charged for the first useless treatment. They stole my money, the treatment didn't control any insect for longer than 5 days. They refused to refund the $362. I discourage anyone to use this company Ehrlich Pest Control. The only thing they control is to manipulate people with a s9ft talk and a fake first friend ability, then after forget about your money.

Numerous times I have asked to be notified when Pest Control was coming to the home so I could be here to let them in they continue to just show up when told not to. Spoke with management every time and they still could not follow this simple request. Also terminated services with out informing me.

Very humiliating, was ready for inspection at time provided and technician Vincent was a no-show, called, was told I would receive a call back why technician didn’t show, no call back. Called again, told complaint was filed, and would be called by a manager/supervisor in 2 – 4 hours, still waiting. It’s a very unprofessional joke of an operation. Evidently, they don’t care about residential service. Customer service is zero. Don’t waste your money.

I was advised a technician would be coming out between 8am-5pm. By 4pm I contacted the office and was told I was not on the schedule because they had been out 3 days earlier. I advised the dispatcher that no one came out 3 days prior and when did they start working on Sundays. The dispatcher stated they did not work on Sundays and someone made a mistake in the computer. I was told they would try to reschedule but it would be at least 2 weeks before they MIGHT be able to fit me in to their schedule. Someone in the main office would contact me. I do not appreciate waiting around all day to find out I wasn't even on the schedule. My time is just as important as their time. I think it's time to find a company that appreciates my business. Obviously they have more business than they can handle!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called them out for a one time treatment of bees in 2018. In May of 2019 they claim they came out to perform services for a contract that we never signed up for. We have called and emailed them for almost two years to get this resolved. Each time we call we are promised a manager will call us, which never happens. This company has questionable business ethics and extremely poor customer service.

Do NOT use this company!!! I signed a contract with them for a whole house heat treatment and it has been an absolute nightmare! They did a total of 2 heat treatments and 2 chemical treatments and none of it worked! They have lied on multiple occasions, did not do their job, and still expect me to pay $1700. Trust me your better off exterminating yourself.

We made an appointment to have someone come out to inspect our property. The technician never showed up or called to tell us they were not going to make the appointment. We called management and told them about this issue. The company manager never called us back. Horrible! We made a three hour drive to keep this appointment.

Hired them for an emergency service to get rid of hornets in the work area at a residence. Construction work had to be shut down because of the problem. They claimed they could get rid of them immediately. They sprayed some poison and it didn't do anything. After they left the hornets would land on the sprayed areas and it didn't bother them. Called the tech back out and this time he claimed he couldn't do anything about the hornets. Same tech - Brian Boone. Charged me $365. And apparently they are using techs which are not licensed by the state. Talked to a few persons on the phone at this company, but no one with any decision making ability will get back to me. Horrible experience all around. Fraudulent business practices.
i had a good tech ! But when i had you they had me on 365 well all of a sudden i got bed bugs i no longer had it . did not know i was taken off it . cause i was grandfather in at a price and everything , had erlichs since 1988 up in reading pa ! after all this happen ive been calling multible times wondering why i did not get service . oh and by the way my bed cover i got did not work so i payed 400 dollars for nothing . and the girl in office has been rude to me . tried to call glen are old tech no response tried to call district manager no call back what happen too you guys you use to be the best Mrs hafer Milford de
