This is the biggest scam that ever existed. I paid 1200 for an exclusion service. I had two visits where they laid some traps and checked them. A guy came out and saw the flashing on the house where they were getting in but said he needed a ladder. END OF CONTACT! Never got a call back, in fact, they called to try to send someone to check the traps again! So I said fine you scammed me and got my 1200 but that's it, don't come don't call and cancel my service.
