Chris Ross was extremely helpful in determining where infestation was and hopefully has gotten rid of the bugs, including 2 wasp nests. Would like him to be my exterminator.

The technician Chris M. was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few questions I asked he didn’t know but said would inquire for his own future jobs. I feel what he did and said why, made sense to me. I have my fingers crossed begin the first time with this company, we have good results. Called office to double check legitimacy and Pam told me what I wanted to know and friendly.

website doesn't work, sketchy looking kid knocked on my door at 6 pm. tried to name some of my neighbors the company is servicing and mumbled something about spiders. there was a seaport van working at a house down the road from me, but this is a weird method of trying to get new business. leave something in the mailbox or have the door guy present a card immediately. this approach makes it seem like a scam.
They suck sales reps won’t take no for an answer hate them
The guy left the door to my screened in porch wide open when going door to door so that it filled up with bugs

Their service was none existent and I still paid . When I was getting out the property and contacted them to cancel my service, Their first response was that I have to pay fees to cancel. Seaport shame on you.Katie I have receipts. Update after going above and beyond to cancel this Servis that none existent they trying to put it in collections that’s a bad debt that generated from fraud service. Sea Port you need to stop.
Better off going to Home Depot and getting your pest control yourself
The guy pounded on my door, then proceeds to walk around my yard. Ignoring the beware of dog sign!!
