Brian was the most knowledgeable pest control expert that I've spoken to in the 15 yrs. that I've lived in my home. He's already done more for me in one day than the previous service I had for many years had done. I definitely need some more work done, but I am now completely confident that I'm in the right hands finally. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any pest control issues.

I had an excellent experience with Jacob from Richland Bee and Pest Control. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. When they first came out the guys were great. We had mice in the attic and wanted them gone. They set traps. The next guy to come out walked around the house to find their entry point. We closed up the entry point. They did not. The third time a different guy came out found out he had to go in the attic and said nope. I’m sorry ma’am but I’m not going up there. He said the other guys went up there? I said yes They did with no issues whatsoever. Then why do this job if you won’t go in the attic. ? Then a different guy yet again came out and same thing. Wouldn’t go in the attic. But that’s where the problem was. Mice in the attic. Cost me $850 for them to set bait stations and because I didn’t continue with a monthly ongoing fee the mice came back. I don’t under how you employ guys who won’t go into an attic. Waste of money and my time as I had to wait at home for them to show up within a four hour window.

Had we been made aware of any concerns during the program, we would have gladly addressed them. However, this review was posted over eight months after the original service, which suggests the treatment was effective for the original infestation.<br><br>We were also very clear that, based on the information provided and conditions observed, ongoing maintenance would be needed for long-term control. We presented a plan for optimal results which included exclusion services and ongoing maintenance, both of which the customer declined. They chose to handle the exclusion work independently rather than through our professional exclusion team which would have also included a warranty. We cannot be responsible for results of DIY work or new activity resulting from it. We wish the client the best of luck.
UPDATE: BEWARE!!!!! I called this morning and spoke with Mike, who scheduled my appointment. I explained that I had called twice overnight and waited over 3 hours for a call back. Mike informed me that the company does not provide overnight service, which was confusing since the on-call representative told me otherwise. He seemed a bit dry on the phone — not exactly the friendly or welcoming tone I expected based on the glowing reviews — but nevertheless, we went ahead and booked the appointment. Shortly after, I received a call from a woman in the office who told me they would be canceling my pest control service and would not be servicing us because of my honest Google review. Her exact words were, “We do not want to take your money.” I explained that my review reflected only my experience with the on-call service, not the company as a whole, and that I was willing to give them a chance to clear up the confusion in the morning. She then replied, “We’ve already disappointed you and don’t want to disappoint you again.” I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by this response. Instead of trying to fix the situation or show professionalism, the company chose to cancel service over an honest review. They responded to my review faster than they did to my emergency calls. Sadly, this experience speaks volumes about their values and customer service. What a letdown. I do not recommend this company. ORIGINAL: I called twice for an emergency service overnight and was told they handle overnight calls, but the technician never called me. I waited over three hours. When I called back, the answering service confirmed my message was received but had no explanation for why I wasn’t contacted. I am now waiting until they open at 7:30 AM to call back. Meanwhile, I have a room full of bees and am trying to keep them from spreading to the rest of the house, especially the kids’ rooms. I will update this review after I am able to make contact. They have some amazing reviews so I’m hoping it’s a misunderstanding.

Called today about yellow jacket problem. When asked if I located the nest I stated that it seemed to be in ground but couldn't get close without being attacked and stung a few times. She rudely responded saying it was up to me to provide more details. I said " that's why I need a professional." Didn't phase her as she just about blew me off. Horrible. Who is this awful employee?

When our staff asks for details about where you’re seeing activity, it helps us determine whether there may be a nest present or if the activity is simply from foragers passing through which is extremely common. Our employee was attempting to collect that information to provide the treatment options available but the customer hung up.<br><br>We stand behind the professionalism of our employee and regret if the interaction felt otherwise. They gave me an estimate of $800.00 over the phone without coming to inspect the house, instead I called eliminate 🐜 em and they came to the house very professionally and the price was $286.00. Did the job at the moment and well done 👍🏼.the account is under my sister name Ada Arman.

I had multiple people recommend Richland Pest & Bee Control after I asked advice about an active nest that was treated a few times earlier in the summer and just gave them a call. I explained the situation, and they told me they can't service a nest that was already treated by someone else even if it was over a month ago. I asked what they suggest, and they said to call around and someone would help. No other questions or advice. This is not the customer service that I was expecting.

The prospective client contacted us over a month ago and was given a quote. They presumably went with another company and then contacted us recently after stating they were dissatisfied with that company's treatment. We advised her to contact the company who was initially responsible for treatment. We understand this can be frustrating, but this policy helps ensure proper treatment and avoid conflicting products. We are unsure why we were left a poor review when the issue seems to lie with the company who did not fulfill their obligation.
Levi was outstanding!!! Update: They are now claiming we owe them double the amount we agreed to… We paid the day of the service and are now getting billed for a balance we shouldn’t have.

DO NOT TRUST THESE EXTERMINATORS. Okay, so first of all this service is horrible all they do is put some traps that don't even work and check it over and over for the next few appointments even though its not working but they They are so overpriced over 700 dollars for nothing a bunch of scammers and no wonder why they have 5 stars and no bad reviews because they delete everything And all of the good reviews are probably some robot AI If we had the mewer it would have been better. Save your money.

I have been using the services of Richland Pest & Bee Control for several years now. I was Very Pleased with there services, until I expressed my concerns a couple weeks later. I was told by Chris the young man that came out (Very great guy Great SVC) that after a couple weeks If I still see alot of bees in spot to call back and they would pre treat that one area. I understand the treatment will not get rid of them completely, but would prevent a beehive from forming. When I called about my concern like Chris informed me, the lady on the other line was very rude and stated they cannot not come back to treat. Since there is no beehive, I explained what Chris said to me and still said if there is no beehive they cannot come back out. They need to get there information together before giving misinformation. I will be going with another company starting next year.
Company charges a lot of money upfront & only communicates through email. They offered to show up to my house without appointments AFTER my package expired. They could’ve shown up without appointments before it expired. I won’t be using this company again.

We explained our program verbally, followed by a booking email outlining the program. The package purchased is for interior treatments to be scheduled by the client within short intervals. We reached out to the customer by phone and sent multiple reminder emails to book your appointments. Appointments were not scheduled by the customer for over 8 months which voided the guarantee and did not give the program a chance to be successful. I contacted this company for a quote to deal with a hornet infestation in my home. I worked with the manager, Sandy, who seemed pleasant and asked questions about our specific problem, explained available discounts etc. She stated that the quote was good for 24 hours and that it would be fine to call back after discussing this with my husband. Within 10 minutes I received a voicemail saying that they were withdrawing the bid. When I called back to ask why(we are in a new home and I thought maybe there were outstanding issues with the old owners that I wanted to clear up) and she kept interrupting to say me that she does not have to give a reason, that she has no interest in doing business with me, and that she just wants me off the phone. I would recommend saving yourself a headache, and calling a company with a better reputation for customer service.
