I've used tick ranger for a few years. I was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease after working in my yard. I thought their warranty covered a free application in cases like this. Because I couldn't prove when I was bit they did nothing. Had symptoms for many weeks prior. Not happy

Horrible experience. Do not use them as they are unprofessional. I cancelled them a few months back. Today I see a sign on my lawn saying they sprayed. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager. I asked why there was a sign and if they sprayed. All she would say is, what's the invoice say,. Its a simple question did you spray at my house or not if you didn't then why did you go on my property and post a sign. I would never use them again specially with that women there.

I recently used Tick Ranger for a yard application on 5/8 and was very impressed with the service. I observed the technician during the application process, and he appeared to be very thorough and detailed in treating the yard. I’ve worked in the yard the past two days since the application and have not visibly seen any ticks. So far, the treatment seems to be working very well. Professional service and a great experience overall.

Hired this unprofessional company to spray my property… after many complaints about my puppies still being exposed to ticks .. “I’m talking every other day finding ticks on my baby”.. I called and canceled there useless treatment… yet they still continued to send people here … then sent me a collection bill… I will be contacting my attorney on this matter …

This is the 2nd year we have had Tick Ranger spray our property with a non toxic spray. We have 2 pups, and we will not use any chemicals on our lawn. We have not had a problem with ticks since using this company. Mark has been our technician, and he has been great!

We have used Tick Ranger for a number of years. We have them take care of our full yard (about 1 acre of grass) and 250 feet into our woods. Our Two Dogs have never had ticks on them. one of the dogs is fully white and we would see a tick. we have never had ticks on us when we walk around there. Very happy
