They have been providing great service, and we are very happy with how much our lawn improved in 1 year.
the technicians did a great job treating my lawn. My lawn is now green and the bare spots are filling in. However I am still dealing with weeds. Called the office and told them about the weeds. Tech came out and treated the lawn. Still have weeds. Hopefully they can resolve this. The staff I talked were all very helpful and I like the fact that the lawn treatments are safe for kids and pets.

This is the first time I have used a lawn service. NaturaLawn of America was a great first experience and I will continue to use them. Lawn looks better than when I was trying to do it and they are very communicative and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I recommend.

This is the first season I used NaturaLawn. I am very happy with the results. My lawn looks great and is coming in much fuller. I would definitely recommend this service.

When we received the original sales pitch, we were told they aim to please and if we werent happy, call and it would be made right. I really wanted to support a company thats more natural. Unfortunately, each time, the guys would come and routinely put down whatever they were told and not pay attention to the lawn itself. Meanwhile, weeds, clover and crab crass were starting to take over. The guys never treated until I called to bring it to attention and by then it was too late. They came out to treat, which did nothing and charged me for it. I canceled the rest of the season as my yard looks no different than my neighbors who do nothing. A manager came out but never called us to tell us what they would do for the money I already spent. Unfortunately, I now have to say it seemed like just another company that our money and left us hanging. Disappointed but hey, sales did a great job convincing us initially. I would appreciate a refund at this point...its the right thing to do. The guys who came out, droped the ball.

This year we have experienced partial applications / skipped areas, burned areas in our yard from spreader stops, late applications, and now July 17th still waiting for a weed application. This after reminding them of services that should be/ should have been scheduled. I hoped this company would be better, but it's the same as all the other lawn service companies. Money down the drain and our yard looks awful. If you are considering this company, keep looking.

Have been a customer of NaturaLawn of America for their Tick and Mosquito service for a couple of years now. Started off great and signed up a second property for a family member due to results and quality of service. This year, however, has been a complete joke. For one of my properties, I had to contact the office twice, asking them to provide service. They had treated one property, but not the other. Doesn't make sense as both properties are approximately 2 miles from one another. Michelle in the office didn't seem to like it when I started asking questions about the service history and verbatim stated "I'm not the only customer, and how I needed to be fit into a route on service days... I made some comments regarding the fact that both properties are in the same town and the fact that one property had been treated twice and the other once for the season wasn't meeting expectations for the property that received one treatment, which was a month ago (what happened to treatment every 3 weeks). After this, she hung the phone up on me. You lost both of my accounts, NaturaLawn!

In 2024, I signed up for the Tick Ranger service with NaturalLawn of America - Hartford County, hoping for a reliable tick control solution for my property. The initial experience was decent—they outlined a plan for five applications, and the treatments seemed effective, with a promise to reapply for free if ticks were found within five weeks. However, there was no clear communication about what to expect after the season ended, and the agreement I signed didn’t mention automatic renewals. I appreciated their organic-based approach, but the lack of transparency about future commitments left me uneasy, especially since I wasn’t sure if I’d need the service again in 2025. My experience took a turn for the worse in April 2025 when NaturalLawn applied a tick treatment without my knowledge or consent and then billed me $137.00. I was shocked, as I hadn’t been notified or agreed to any service for this year. When I reached out, I had to firmly dispute the charge, pointing out that their 2024 agreement didn’t authorize automatic renewals, and under Connecticut law, they needed my explicit consent. The lack of communication and unauthorized service left a sour taste. I can’t recommend NaturalLawn of America - Hartford County unless they improve their customer communication and ensure proper authorization for services—otherwise, you might find yourself unexpectedly billed like I was.

This company keeps sending me an invoice for a double charged that they applied to my account DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the worst. The workers do not add fertilizer to the entire grass. You can see the skid marks with from the buggy. There has been several times that I had to call and have them send another worker to redo my grass. Blamed it on the worker that he was new. They do not want me to discuss the truth about how they doubled charged me and when I showed them the proof, they threatened to send my account to collection for $38. Then when I wrote a review, they had the nerve to call me crying about taking the review down. The truth is the truth, this is why is important to read review before you decide to hire these scammers. They just want to collect your money and do a half azz job and send your account to collections for $38.

Serviced my lawn for 3 years and my lawn had hit rock bottom. As of this year my lawn is dead. They applied two services in a month during a heat wave. My back yard is dirt and brown grass. I cancelled my service when they texted me ahead of a service . Another treatment for what I have no idea. I also called with my concerns and didn’t hear back. Two days ago I called again and stated my concerns and said if I did not get a call back regarding the destruction of my lawn I would leave a terrible review. Well here is the review. Don’t waste your money or time. My neighbors lawns look healthier than mine less 180.00 per service I’ve been paying.

Not seeing the results I was expecting. Condition of my lawn have actually worsened over the last 2 years. First appointment seemed promising, as the technician was very thorough with the first application and they even did a soil test. I assumed they would modify the program based on the soil test results. I was wrong. The company offers the same generic plan for all types of lawns. I left several messages requesting to speak with management. I even asked the tech to relay the message to their front office. Never got a call back.

After 7 years of having Natural Lawns service our yard, I would expect our front yard to look much better than this picture. I have been complaining for 7 years and to be honest, I'm not sure why I keep using them to service our lawn, but this is what 7 years of having Natural Lawns service looks like. My final frustration was on the last visit, the service technician told me we still have insects in our yard and the reason the lawn looks the way it does. My question was why do we have insects after using your service after 7 years? Are you actually treating our lawn? I also asked the technician if he would accept his lawn looking like this after 7 years, his answer was a very quick No!! They also told me to apply my own grass seed this fall to correct the issue. So, after 7 years of using the same service and also prepaying every single year, I still have insects, grubs, moles, mushrooms and a lawn that I can't wait for a layer of snow to cover up the brown spots. I have been following all of their recommendations too. Would you accept a lawn looking this?

Two years in and I feel the lawn is getting worse. I opted for the organic treatment and it mine as well be dirty water. I have more broadleaf weeds throughout my lawn now than ever before. They sprayed certain spots to kill clover and not others. Just frustrating…especially when I get a $354 charge for lawn treatment and tick control on my 1/2 acre lot.

I think they have been average at best. My lawn is in the worst condition it has been in over a decade and I have always had lawn service, and a nice green lawn. I don't feel their product protected during a warm and dry summer. They did not contact me to tell me they felt the lawn needed something more. Unless they change something going in to next year, I do not think I will continue with the service. Also, they kind of got me to sign on with a couple of "free treatments", which if you figure it out at the end of the year, ends up being more than other companies.
