I cannot say enough good things about Steve and Milner Pest Control. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly; address my concerns and take any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable. Skip the big companies and go with this "Mom & Pop" shop, you will not regret it. I feel confident the solution he offered us for the invasion of deer mice (at an extremely reasonable price) is going to help us immensely.

I called Milner Pest Control because I heard mice in my attic. Steve talked me through his strategy on the phone and explained his process and products work. I was very reassured that he makes sure that pets cannot be harmed. He came out promptly and assessed the mouse exclusion needs for my home so quickly that I couldn't believe I hadn't figured out their entry point myself! He walked through the home, placing pet and child safe baits in strategic locations. He explained how mice move through homes and the damage they can do in clear terms. The price of the service was extremely reasonable. I feel so much better knowing that we are protected for 3-5 years from this one visit! Steve was kind, trust-worthy, and very clearly an expert. I will call him again in a heartbeat if I suspect some other kind of pest trouble. I whole-heartedly recommend Milner Pest Control!

Steve was awesome in dealing with our mice problem. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He came by, explained everything to us, found their entry point and helped us understand how to plug it, and set out traps. Sure enough we found multiple dead mice in the weeks after and have had no sign of activity since then. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks and would use him again any time - though we shouldn’t need to for years to come!

I have used Milner Pest Control(formerly Alert) across multiple residences over the last 8 years and I have had a great experience every time. Steve has put his name on the company and for good reason, you would be hard pressed to find someone with more pride and passion in their work. He takes the time to explain the treatments and prevention/maintenance so you feel comfortable with everything.

I had Steve out for our annual pest control visit, and after previously using one of the big-name companies, I was blown away by the difference. Steve was personable, took the time to explain everything, and worked quickly and efficiently. Very cheep and works best! I got bamboozled by a competitor so I can see the difference between Milner and a big chain. "green" Competitor forces me to sign a yearly contract that ends up being 1,000$ a year and sends 3 men in a car for the first treatment. Competitor kills wildlife around my house I specifically said I didn't want to harm, says there is nothing they can do about that (I knew that's not true because Milner had no trouble killing just the targeted pest last year), and then costs 250$ just to cancel the contract. Milner sends ONE person, who explains the habits and weaknesses of the pest, an even how to fight the pest yourself, such that I almost don't need a pro, and charges under 200$!!! (I was placing the poison in wrong place, apparently). Never suggests fighting it "outside" the house, like the "green" competitor. The competitor *is* better at one thing: smooth talking / sales! Milner is blunt and can tell it to you like he sees it. But I can clearly see the difference between Milner's targeted yearly treatment for under $200 a year, and the almost un-quittable contract of the dis-honest "green" competitor for 1k a year.

**Terrible Service and Waste of Money** I had an awful experience with Milner Pest Control. Their service was extremely unprofessional, with terrible timing and a lack of communication. They were always late for appointments and never seemed to care about keeping me informed. The treatments they provided were ineffective, and I felt like I was just throwing money away. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control services. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
