I was quoted $800 for the first roach treatment at my tenant’s 850sf condo; and they said they only do ongoing maintenance services plans. Insane! While a Springfield MA company quoted me $375- which is still a lot! This is crazy!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Catseye twice now — once at my office for a mouse issue, and more recently at my home, where Jake came out to assess what type of animal was excavating dirt under my front steps. Both times, I was so impressed with the experience. Each visit was handled by a knowledgeable and skilled professional who provided a thorough inspection, inside and out, and took the time to explain what they saw in detail. These visits were provided at no cost, with no pressure, just honest, thoughtful guidance. What really sets Catseye apart is their commitment to Integrated Pest Management. Unlike many companies that default to using poisons, Catseye prioritized humane and environmentally friendly strategies, including exclusion techniques, sanitation practices, and necessary repairs to prevent future issues. My father had an awful mouse problem that kept coming back after moving him into a new home. We tried every local pest control with no prevail. Catseye really set the bar high for customer service. Cameron was great, let my father know what was happening in each visit. He discussed strategies on how to proceed, vacuumed mouse nesting and mouse feces and found gaps in certain areas where my father wouldn’t have thought of. Now, mice are a thing of the past! My father doesn’t always check his voicemail, Cameron went above and beyond by always texting me the day before the service, asking if the voice message confirming the appointment got to my father, now THAT is worth every penny. Choose Catseye!!!!!

it has been two years since Cats-eye installed the cat guard on my house and it was worth the money. I had no choice because of how bad the mouse situation was at the time.I can confidently say since installation the level of quality has held up and the service they provided was excellent!

Their entire team was punctual,courteous and very knowledgeable. They introduced themselves and got right to work only stoppng to answer my questions. I liked the care they took in performing their tasks as well as thoroughly cleaning up the work areas when their work was completed.

I recently switched to Catseye and signed up for their 3 week mice mitigation program. The scheduling has been an issue. I had to call to confirm the second weekly visit was scheduled, and the third visit was missed entirely. The people are all nice, but the customer should not be the catalyst for services to be administered.
A dead mouse was left in plain sight in our basement. We also very clearly found the hole behind the insulation where the mice were coming into the house and we are not professionals. This company did not even look to try to find out where they were coming in. I would not use them again. Waste of over $1000 for mouse traps and came 3 times for 5 minutes.
Your services are top notch and appreciate the help..especially for our hornet problem. Always great service They are gone..
There was quick response to my initial call. Travers the tech is vey knowledgeable,thorough and friendly.
The tech was very professional. He took the time to make sure all was well.
Two months and waiting for them to complete the job. They are getting very difficult to contact and are not committing a date to finish the job despite billing us nearly $4,000. Also, the monthly protection plan consists of bait and traps and that’s it.
Very professional. I feel confident that they are getting the critters out if my attic.
Quality work from professional people. Stop setting traps this is a much better solution for pests.
When we signed up for the service, they identified areas of entry for mice. They said they would plug them and come each month for service. Despite several requests to block entry points They never plug the entry areas, but kept baiting traps seems a little self-serving.
Paid $1k for 3 service appts, was told that they would set new traps to catch all the activity and remove old traps, disinfect and vacuum. Old traps are still there, didn’t vacuum the area they said they would and only caught one mouse. Left attic light in twice and didn’t put insulation back they had moved.
They have only been do pest control outside the house, even though we have mice and other creatures inside. They know that we have requested them to schedule visits when someone can let them in - they confirmed that these instructions are in our file - but they never do that.
Very disappointed. They advertise same day service but I had to wait two days before anyone could come out. I told them I wanted to get treatment for mice the same day he came to the property. That didn’t happen. They refused to do a single treatment and only sell year long treatment programs. I had to agree to a $1,500 contract! So because I was under pressure, I agreed. But then he still didn’t treat until 3 more days!! Would never ever call them again!!
They torture animals and delay coming back out so they can charge for more visits. Don’t waste your time and mental well-being. You will be dealing with rodents for months on end with Catseye.
They have a premium offering at a premium price. I think their solution is good however it may be much more than is needed to get the job done. In my case the fellow did not even seem to examine the house to see if there were entry points. Fast to offer me a $4,000 which seems expensive for what just be a few hundred dollars of materials and at most a day or two of work. I think you can get all the results at a quarter of the price.

I Paid a large sum of money 3 years ago ago for cat guard and a monthly fee ever since Have been calling for last 6 month about Squirrels or bats or birds in the wall finally got someone to come out and they said there was rot in the yankee gutters and that’s on me.Paid a roofer to repair and reseal still a problem with animals in wall Called them when repairs were complete and haven’t got a call back yet. Lousy service
