Overall I fee this company is very very overrated as well as very overpriced. I spoke with their best technician who left the company and was told he would have done the job for much less. Also was told that there would not be any smell issues, however my house has smelled like a dead animal for over a week now . A person came to my home I wasn’t home so a family member let him in he told her we can’t enter my home for 3 hr about 7pm I was able to enter my home I look for some kind of paper or receipt that would hopefully explain what was done and if anymore treatment was required there was nothing, no phone call to explain so long story short I don’t know what I was charged $350+for I have small children so at least explained what that white powder sprinkled everywhere.
