I had been told by a national extermination company that I had carpenter ants and an extermination program would cost $1000 I called SO CO and after describing the ants to Andy he assured me that they were harvest ants that swarmed at this time of year and nothing to be concerned about. I really appreciate his honesty.

Quick review: Andy will be my pest guy for as long as I'm here and he's in business. Hands down your best choice in town. Long review: Andy was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone. He called me the night before to remind me of our appointment, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was attentive, discussed with me my concerns, gave advice on things I'd like to handle myself (countless large red ant hills on our 6 acre property), was unbothered by our barking dogs (friendly but loud) and in general was just a joy to have here. He was also significantly cheaper than the competition, which wanted 3x the cost for a single visit, or 50% more if I signed a year contract. Very happy with the service overall, and will continue to use and recommend SoCo PestAway in the future.
