MPC was wonderful to deal with. I was appointed PR for my uncle’s estate in CO; I live in FL. They were extremely easy and pleasant to work with. My uncle clearly had a rodent problem that he never addressed so it got pretty bad. MPC sealed up all the entryways, cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected the entire house. They also laid snap traps and bait stations and came back in 2 weeks to follow up. Communication was excellent, and I asked a LOT of questions - and probably annoyed them to no end. Problem seems to be solved. Thank you for helping me navigate such a stressful situation. Highly recommend.

Aaron was helpful in explaining the whole process and sharing exactly what he was doing. I'm hoping this works, the sugar ants were bad. He also got rid of a wasp nest in my front yard. Very professional

The guys came out and did a walk through to see the problem, mice in the garage. They talked about sealing up the garage and house to keep the mice out, pointed out a lack of weatherstripping on a garage side door. I assumed they would fix the weatherstripping and seal a few holes they found on the perimeter of the house, like where the AC came into the house. They did tell me they didn’t do garage doors, and I assumed that just applied to the double and single bay doors, but I was assuming incorrectly. They set down 9 traps on the inside perimeter of the garage. Those traps did get 3 mice, of which I disposed. Although my assumptions were incorrect, I do think that $2100 for an hour and a half of their time and a partial tube of caulking, and 9 mouse traps, is a little steep. I will not use your service ever again as I think your charges are extremely inflated.

The price was extremely high and the service ridiculous we still have mice they spent maybe 90 minutes here (so they say) and charged $1800.00. Owner responded to this review with a sharp email arguing over the time spent but did offer to come back out still for the service way over priced. .

Couldn't get ahold of them, calls went to voicemail no messages returned

The initial inspection was costly. The services offered were in the thousands! I found the prices ridiculous!

Can’t speak for the work they do but I’m hoping it’s better than the driving. Thanks for almost hitting my car with my child in it because of your gross negligence of street signs. You can’t make a u turn on 4th street.

Left several voicemails and never received a return phone call. They do not answer their phone or return phone calls. Don't waste your time.

Reached out by phone and left a voicemail. An hour later I got a text from Angela asking what I needed. I asked to talk about it via phone call instead of text. Never heard from them again. Would not recommend.

Called 2 days in a row and nobody answered. Finally had to text the number just for them to tell me that they don't handle snake removal despite advising that they do on their website.
