Kevin at All in One Pesr Control is great! He assesses the problem and takes care of it. His price is extremely reasonable. Much lower than others. We had spiders and scorpions in our home. This was a year ago. Kevin came out, listened to me and sprayed inside and outside. He comes even y 3 months to spray. We haven’t had any more issues since he started. When he was here, we talked about having problems with mice on the back patio and in the garage and he left some traps for us to try. Kevin is personable and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend his company.

Kevin has been wonderful every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about the chemicals he uses, and about his profession overall. He services our entire complex and has eradicated mice, kept the wasp population under control and even treated and instance of the dreaded bugs that shall not be named!! If an unexpected issue arises, he finds a way to squeeze us into his schedule within 24 to 48 hours. This is such a saving grace considering one units pest issue can quickly become the entire complex’s pest issue😬 So grateful we found this company!

For the first time ever, I had moles invade my property. There were several mounds that seemed to be making their way under my garage. I called Kevin at A1 Pest Control for help and I was so glad I did. He came right away, assessed the problem and got to work with the extermination process. Because the moles were determined to stay, it wasn’t a one-time process. I continually monitored for new mounds and as soon as I saw them I called Kevin back for another round. It took 3-4 treatments before the moles were completely gone and thank goodness they haven’t come back since. Kevin’s expertise, determination and great service are “A-1” and he comes with my highest recommendation!

We live on prime pocket gopher real estate and those little rodents plagued us for several years. The company we were with seemed to take the position that gopher control was possible, but not eradication. Kevin had a different idea; he was sure he could get rid of them. It took a while—they were pretty well entrenched—but we haven’t seen a gopher mound in several months.
