MPC was wonderful to deal with. I was appointed PR for my uncle’s estate in CO; I live in FL. They were extremely easy and pleasant to work with. My uncle clearly had a rodent problem that he never addressed so it got pretty bad. MPC sealed up all the entryways, cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected the entire house. They also laid snap traps and bait stations and came back in 2 weeks to follow up. Communication was excellent, and I asked a LOT of questions - and probably annoyed them to no end. P

I had been told by a national extermination company that I had carpenter ants and an extermination program would cost $1000 I called SO CO and after describing the ants to Andy he assured me that they were harvest ants that swarmed at this time of year and nothing to be concerned about.
