Schra Tree Care does great work! They are very knowledgeable about trees. They show up with the right equipment to get the job done. When they leave, your yard is cleaned up and your trees look beautiful!

I reached out to Schra Tree Care for a broken limb that needed immediate attention. I want to first say how much I appreciated the prompt responses from Abby in the office and Christian who came out to look at my project. Even better was how quickly a crew arrived to do the work. John, Doug, and Mason were professionals and did an excellent job. They work well as a team with all of them knowing what needed to be done and operating in a safe manner. Excellent service and my trees look amazing. I’ve had other arborist trim my trees but they weren’t nearly as thorough and professional as Schra! I was also able to get free “natural mulch” (wood chips) that smelled great! Highly recommend them!

Schra always does a great job. Jeremy, Joseph and Rea were recently out to trim an overgrown tree and did an amazing job with it. They were professional, and went above and beyond with the clean up.

This review should be a 6 star out of 5 star entry for Jeremy and Joseph working for Schras Tree Care! The team arrived on time, carefully chose the best approach and professionally took down a solid Russian Olive. Clean up was perfect (including the street). The area looks as if there never had been a very dead tree there. This household and our neighbors feel safer and are so grateful!

Jeremy and Brody were awesome and did a fantastic job. It was a big pruning job and I was a little apprehensive but they did a great job of explaining the process and assuring me it will look great come summer and our trees will be healthier too!

Schra Tree Care just trimmed up my Ash tree, and it looks much happier and healthier. The crew did a great job and left the place looking better than when they arrived.

Tremendous work done on our Ash tree! And these guys did during a windy and chilly Friday morning! Much kudos to Reya, Aiden, Phil, Jeremy, Steven and Joe! They were prompt at 8am as indicated earlier in the week and excellent cleanup as well! Arborist pros and would highly recommend!

Highly recommended, this company have great people taking care of us. The team did a fantastic job with the tree and the guy who came out for the initial bid was very knowledgeable. 2 guys handled the tree in almost an hour! Looking forward to the stump removal. Thank you!

Very professional and efficient. We had an old tree sandwiched between two buildings that was becoming an issue, they made it disappear!

As irritated as I am because of the credit card fee, not to mention the lack of communication. I still have to give it to the two guys who came out and did a job well done! We were promised they would be out in 5 weeks. After reaching out, they finally made it out 7 weeks later. The clean-up was fast and efficient… I’m pretty sure they left it cleaner than it was before. Again, I was pretty irritated they did not communicate on any prep-work for our side. I could have (and should have) had the camper moved so they didn’t have to do it by hand. Had to change this to a 3 due to their lack of communication. After they came back for tree injection, I wasn’t able to pay the invoice they provided. After calling three times, we finally got it paid,… three weeks later.

Reasonably priced and answered all my questions. Jon and Phillip, who did the tree trimming and removal, were effective and quick. They also took care to ensure everything was cleaned up well, could hardly tell they were here. Downside was they took over four months to get to us and originally had said it would be just a few weeks.

Did a beautiful job taking care of our elderly cottonwood! We'll definitely call them again.

Horrible tree service they leave messes on property and neighbors property and never take responsibility and destroy others property without remorse. Reviews like others have stated are inflated by friends and family so not accurate or the actual service you receive. Stay away.

Service was good not great. I received and accepted my quote Oct 11. The guy came and was very friendly seemed thorough with understanding what we needed done. He completing the quote and got it to us right away, I signed that day. Communication was not good. The quoter asked when we would like it done? I said the next few weeks if possible. At this time he could have been honest to set my expectations and say we are unable to complete it within that time, we are scheduling 10-12 weeks out. Instead he said he'll make a note to be sure they can get it done soon. I called the office 5 weeks later, and asked if anyone was going to get back to us to set up the time, the lady said they were booking out 10-11 weeks from the quote. This would have been great information to have from the get go. So 10-11 weeks from Oct 11 would have been around Christmas. I did receive an email Dec 15 saying we were not forgotten about and we would be contacted shortly to schedule the day. Which I did appreciate. But then didn't hear from them until toward the end of Feb. My recommendation tempure people expectations with great and accurate communication. When it came to the actual job, they guys did a decent job. Except they came to me and asked what all needed to be done, I'm confused, I guess I thought that was what the first visit was for. I didn't have the paper on me and couldn't recall on the spot what we talked about back in October. I thought the initial guy wrote down exactly what you would be doing under that quote. My suggestion to this company is to start adding pictures to the orders so your guys can know which trees to cut and get it done right. We did not get everything needed done, and by then I was over this company. But I will say they did not charge us for the trees they did not do, so it was less than the quote. They lost out on money because they did not do not communication or understand the quote request effectively, was my take away. Price was cheaper that most if you don't mind waiting, and less than stellar communication. I would still recommend this company, but with the understanding that they still have a lot to iron out.

Called a week ago, haven't heard when they're coming out yet. Hopefully my money is worth the service! Kinda of Pricey....
