Effective pest is incredibly consistent and does amazing work! I initially reached out to them for a very concerning pest issue and they came out that day and then set up quarterly services. I never had any troubles after that and NO bugs in my home during the entire time I’ve used them.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars. They have been coming too early in the year and say they can't tell where the ants will be a problem until they show up. Then when they do show up they tell me to pay again for early services.... Previously they would come back when they did show up to the problem without hesitation. Now, after years of services we ended up calling someone else this time.

They won’t come out unless you sign up for a year of service. Don’t bother.

Great service and friendly staff.

I have been a customer of Effective Pest Services for 2 years. They service my home 4 times a year. I have been so happy with their services and all of their friendly staff members. We never have any bugs, spiders or mice in our home, basement or 3 car garage. We have had ants come back twice in 2 years but as soon as I call Steve, the owner, he or another staff member comes out to spray again without charging. That's great customer service and their prices are extremely affordable. They are a great company to work with and very trustworthy! Tim Haskett

Effective Pest Service provide us with a regular service to rid us of pesky pests that are common any time of year. They are on time and very efficient when they are dispensing the recommended pesticides covering our property where needed.

Great efficient service!

Effective Pest came out in between treatments to deal with an ant issue, the first issue we've had in 3 years. During the regular quarterly treatment Steve found the origin of the ant problem. Effective Pest is always on time, thorough, courteous and effective. I highly recommend them

Steve & his Pros are very caring of the customers & their property. Even clean off all those nasty cobwebs on exterior. They never hesitate to come back eg. if one wasp is seen. Been using Effective Pest Services since 2011 & would never use any other company. Carol

Generally displeased with the work. Had a mouse issue and had the first callout for $250. There was no patching/filling of any entry points. Simply setting traps. Not sure if there was even a detailed evaluation of the entry points. There was no documentation sent to me as the property owner. There was a subsequent follow up trip with $150 charge and that was to check the traps again. Again, no patching of entry points or any additional communication. Mice continued to get into the property so we called a different pest service. The other service came out for $199 and evaluated and patched entry points, placed additional traps, provided pictures of all work/entry points and warrantied their work. I do not recommend using Effective Pest Services for mice problems.

Always amazing when he comes. Extremely professional and efficient and the products he uses are extremely effective! Been using his service for the last 5-6 years and he’s ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING!!!

I've been using EffectivePest for 5 years, Steve and his staff are highly professional. Any time I've had issues, I make call and I get quick results. I really like their summer and fall inspections looking for and getting rid of wasp and hornet nests. I was impressed when Steve walked my yard this time looking for signs of voles. I will highly recommend EffectivePest to anyone who is looking for a very good pest control company.

Never could get the service done right. We signed up and requested a call and notice before they came because we had 2 large dogs that needed to be put inside and a gate that needed to be opened for access. They constantly showed up without calling, then left a message that they couldn’t get into the backyard because the gate was locked and we would have to call them to reschedule service. We also got charged for these phantom visits where they didn’t even complete a service!

They are friendly and efficient and on time and the price is great, but I specifically asked the guy who came today not to spray ANYWHERE near my garden beds or planters. He said ok and then went on to spray two inches away from all of my vegetables that I've been trying to grow for months. Now they are contaminated with pesticides and I'm really angry and upset. I am going to try to cancel my services because this is unacceptable. I don't care how "safe" their products are, my wishes to not have any pesticides anywhere near my garden space was not respected.

Effective pest is a huge waste of time and money. Go somewhere else for actual results! Edge has been great for us and all our neighbors.
