Lawn Doctor - Loveland

Not at all impressed. I purchased the works - pest, ash borer, weeds. I cancelled the ash borer because everyone I spoke to said the spray they use doesn't work, that you have to do the sytemic application. But I still have had piles of ants, tons of spiders and I think their weed spray is really weed fertilizer. I have 10x more weeds in my yard than I had before they took over. My front yard is awful. Crab grass has not been deterred. No dent on the thistles. Dandelions are about the same as before, but now I have an added weed in the front that I never had before. They seem to spray the center but not around the edge of the yard. And today my dogs 'caught' them in my backyard. No advance warning they were coming - nothing. Just a text after my dogs chased them off saying they were here and I needed to keep the dogs inside. I also have prolific aspen suckers in the back that they haven't even made a dent on. I will be using someone else next year.

We seeded our yard and I cannot believe how fast and great our backyard looks within weeks. The customer service as been wonderful, Bobbie. I want to thank Scott for taking care of his customers with no questions asked. When starting the seeding they realized I was quoted incorrectly and wasn't going to do the scheduled job. I did have them call the manager/supervisor, as this wasn't my fault. Scott didn't hesitate and told his employee's to continue with the job, as this is what was quoted to me. Thank you Lawn Doctor I have my beautiful yard back.
