They don't ever call me back and I asked them for help with a bird mite issue. They didn't seem to understand that there are various species and some are microscopic and parasites, so you can't always see them. I spoke with a different exterminator who has dealt with "no see'ums." He was more experienced and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with them.

unimpressed new customer - the company called an hour before our scheduled appointment to cancel since their employee called in sick - they asked to reschedule the same day but we could not immediately do that since we had full schedules already with work - we told them we'd call back to reschedule - when we called back later the same day, we were told we'd need to wait another week and a half since their records show that we cancelled the appointment - poor form - would not use them in the future and in fact already found another pest control company

I was given a price over the phone, but when the technician arrived, the final invoice was increased by $75 without any prior notice. I’m really disappointed with how the situation was handled. This kind of surprise charge feels unfair, and the way it was addressed left me very unhappy with their service. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Scheduled my appointment a week and a half ago and got a call this morning that they were running behind and there’s a new time window. Sure, that’s fine but now it’s past the time window and no one has called to let me know if they’re on their way and I’ve called their number twice and no one picks up. Now I understand being behind and needing to reschedule but this is just pretty frustrating. I’ve had a mouse issue that I’ve needed taken care of for a few weeks and because of the reviews decided to wait for Whitmore, when I guess I should have called someone else. Disappointing because the person I had been speaking with seemed really nice.

He came and checked the outsides stations but didn't do the garage or in-door ones even though I mentioned it.

CHECK YOUR DETAILS! Until this week, I would have said that Whitmore was reliable and good. To me pest control has been as the term implies, a pest control, not "a single bug" control. Before moving here, most bugs are included in the term "pest". Nothing is extra unless it's something big like termites. I hired Whitmore because of good reviews. I know the importance of having a regular service to keep bugs at bay. I was charged an initial fee higher than my quarterly, which was understood to get things up and running, then $189/quarter for a once a quarter spraying, with the ability to call in between if I had a problem. Well, they should have detailed that one a bit better. I called last week because we found little black bugs on our dog that resemble a flea so we set up treatment for today. She told me she'd probably need to move our service date up, so I said however you need to do it, that's fine as long as someone can come out. Yesterday afternoon, I received a call from a different person at Whitmore. She told me that if it's fleas, there was an extra charge, that it's not covered in my quarterly fee. I said fine. Then she said based on the info I had given, she did not think I had fleas. The dog didn't itch, no-one has been bitten, nor have we seen anything jumping. She told me that fleas are rare in Colorado. She said she'd guess that I had springtails instead. She said they are commonly mistaken for fleas, but they are harmless to humans and pets and come out in rainy weather, as they need it wet to survive. She confirmed with me that they could take care of them. I thanked her for the information. She said nothing about extra charges. Last night I researched the springtail and we realized this was indeed the bug. Since they were going to come out today, I called this morning, thinking they might want to know it's not a flea problem. After I told her that, and she then told me there would be an extra charge for them to exterminate them. Um... ok, why? I'm mildly irritated at this point. Why didn't the other lady tell me this yesterday? Why is on the "next" call do I find out about extra costs? She then tells me that my $189 a quarter ONLY COVERS ANTS AND SPIDERS, then corrects herself to say PAVEMENT ANTS. She goes on to say that in my first appointment I had seen spiders and ants. So that's what is covered. So you're telling me you only cover TWO bugs? TWO BUGS? Really?? She said yes, that's all that is covered. I was initially told that $189 would be charged each quarter. If I needed anyone to come out to spray again and again if necessary, it would be covered. Never in a million years did I think I'd have to pay extra, if say, I had a pill bug problem in between sprays! TWO BUGS, pavement ants and spiders - $189.00/quarter. I think I've heard of everything now. I despise writing reviews whether good or bad, I generally won't write one. But for $94.50 a bug, I think I'll write one, and I'll take my business elsewhere. A complete disappointment. Check your details people!

The base plan you were enrolled in covered structural control for Colorado’s most common crawling invaders, including spiders, ants, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, and pill bugs. The cost for the treatment was $125 per quarter.<br><br>Neither fleas nor springtails are common crawling invaders and therefore are not covered in the base plan. Our office & scheduling team expressed that we would treat springtails at no additional cost this time. Since springtail activity is link to excess moisture (which we’ve had a lot of this year), our intention was to address the issue promptly without requiring you to switch plans or incur extra charges for coverage that might not be necessary in future seasons. <br><br>We recognize the importance of clearly communicating our offerings to avoid misunderstandings and ensure customer satisfaction. Your feedback highlights an area where we can enhance our transparency, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.<br><br>We genuinely hope that you find a pest control provider that meets your expectations and provides transparent and comprehensive services. cleanup of attic after raccoons. replaced damaged insulation, disinfected, and repaired and secured entry points. On time. Reasonable price and did a good job.
The only thing good I can say is they are polite on the phone and quick to respond. However the quality of the service performed has been very poor. We called to have a wasp problem on our deck taken care of especially since my husband is allergic and we have an almost 2 year old who would like to be playing outside. At almost $300 later and 3 phone calls and 2 trips to our house I am still seeing multiple wasps in the area, including exposed nests at eye level. I'm not sure what they have done when they come out but I would recommend not wasting your time or money trying to get a problem fixed unless you want the issue drawn out
