We had a racoon settled in our chimney. Joe, the owner, came first thing in the morning and began the process of evicting the racoon. He was very knowledgeable, professional and humane. He walked our roof and found another area under our eaves where the racoon was trying to get in as well as cracks in the top of our chimney. They sealed the cracks and the area under the eaves and installed chimney caps to prevent future problems. They also sprayed the chimney for fleas. Peace of mind to know the
