Pest Solutions Plus

Jesse was the one good thing about dealing with a terrible pest situation at our old apartment complex. He was kind, attentive, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the problem under control, even though it was a building-wide problem and not our unit. He kept at it when it would've been easy to just go through the motions. If every tech operated the way Jesse does, the whole experience would've been a lot less miserable.

PSP is a great company to work with. I work with them commercially on a weekly basis and can't thank them enough, specifically Jesse. He's always very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Definitely highly recommend.

After a first treatment didn't solve our carpet beetle problem, they came back to try something else and also treated another area that had cropped up. Great customer service!

It's unfortunate that they don't care about doing their job and if they do get there they simply don't do the job!!

Omar Quintero went above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful for his help! I had a mouse issue and he explained everything that needed to be done, had the issue solved within 5 days, and went above and beyond in fixing all of the holes I had where the mice were getting in.

Luke was my technician and he was so nice and took care of my issues with bugs. He is also very funny and caring.

These guys are great. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them for bedbugs and roaches. Their technician Luke is an amazing part of this team and through experience with him treating my home I can say he's the best. The most professional exterminator I've encountered thus far. This company is contracted out by my apartment complex (they came in without our authorization- not their fault but goes to the point of us not wanting our dog home while this was done), and for whatever reason put my dogs food and water up on the kitchen table and never put it back down for him. So on a day where he was alone for 12 hours he didn’t have any food or water. Not sure how this lack of care and attention to detail is reflected in the rest of their work.

Willfully destroyed completed Cliff Swallow nests in violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918. Photo shows where completed bird nests were attached to the wall. I wouldn't do business with a company that flagrantly disobeys federal law.

Recently ran afoul of Colorado Dept of Wildlife for removing cliff swallow nests during nesting season at The Gateway at 2534 apartments in Johnstown, in violation of the law and without a permit, and now being investigated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and potentially face felony charges. Their ignorance or flouting of the law might put you, your home, your business at risk of state or federal prosecution, fines, even jail time. Buyer beware.

Pest Solutions so far has been unreliable, unprofessional, do not return calls. Prepaid for 6 months of services and Pest Solutions took the money and ran and did not do what was paid for. Now can't even get a manager to call back to see if the rest of my money can be refunded so I can hire a better company to get the job done.
